Definitely to be recommended: nice, air-conditioned rooms (we had a balcony as well), with committed staff. We decided to extend our stay because we liked the city and the hotel very much. A definite plus is the proximity of the fruit market. The hotel can also be reached within some 15 minutes walking distance from the bus station.
A small minus is the location: it takes at least some 20 minutes on foot to get to the heart of Veliko Tarnovo, including the Gurko street. But if you like walking you will definitely enjoy this place.

Good hotel for transit, as we needed. Reasonable distance by wakling to city center (25-30 min). Secured parking in the hotel basement, opened from reception only for guests. Good quality toilleteries. Availability and promptness of the lady from the reception for easy change of the initial room we have gotten.
Pay attention when booking a room (I did not) to ask a no-smoking room. They have rooms for smokers and the smell is really bad!

I liked that we can use facilities for free. All stuff is very helpful with anything. We had a view, balcony, kettle, laundry dryer rack and beautiful view. It was clean and was having spear pillow and blanket.
Some little details can be improved. Like having some slipper in place or at least they can sell them. We didn’t have any with us and after bath the floor in the room and the spa center was a bit slippery.

They gave me a studio free of charge, instead of double room that I've booked earlier, because they had a group and wanted to be sure that I'd be in a quiet room. Very thoughtful! I'm thankful. Parking was a bit tight but it's free of charge too.
