Room 707. Good. Spacious room, with balcony and nice view, good mattress. Central. Good breakfast and nice view !!!! Free parking.

Blackout curtains are needed. Also more outlets. In the office corner we had to remove the cable of the refrigerator or the TV for the computer !!!!!! More hooks in the bathroom are needed. The wall on the balcony, was very high and blocked the view. The bathtub is very high, 67cm, very uncomfortable!! Small washbasin 41x55 cm. Floor towel in the bathroom is needed.

The location is exceptional (right in the middle of the center, so, close to the castle as well as close to the shops and restaurants) The food at the restaurant is good and fresh. The bath tub jacuzzi in the room was a nice option on top of the spa (pool a bit cold but functioning). Very nice staff.

The isolation of the rooms was not good: we could hear every chair being moved upstairs... and as our room was on the side of the street, we could hear all cars... The matrases are not so confortable.

The location is fantastic, in the center of VTarnovo, close to main attractions. The room and all the facilities are quite modest, but clean and the bed was comfortable. For 1-2 nights it is a nice place. I would say it is 3 stars, for sure not 4, but it is not that important… Try to get the room with the valley view — it is really breathtaking. (otherwise you will observe just the busy and noisy main street of the town).

The breakfast was very simple, you have to choose between several variants — there is no buffet.

It is a correct hotel in terms of amenities expected for 4 stars and in terms of value for money. What I found unique is the outstanding view the river-view rooms offer: a memorable vista of the Yantra river, the art gallery, the city with its amphitheatre layout and the lush forests covering the neighbouring hills.

I've stayed here before, it's very nice, but in the restaurant they never turn the hotplates on, just the lights above it, so breakfast which includes fried eggs, sausages etc are always cold and greasy. I told the guy working there twice and he just pointed to the lights and said it's on lol. Serve hot food, not cold and breakfast would be great! I'm sure they can fix this.

Breakfast is standard as on other locations, but the difference is made by the view of terrace where you can serve it. Also you get the same great view from your room. Hotel location is very close to my main attractions in Veliko.

Even if there is mentioned that parking is included, there is a limit on parking places and if you don't get the chance to have one free on your arrival, you'll have to pay for parking in the area. The parking system is pretty unfriendly, you can't pay with card, you can't pay by SMS because SMS is available only for Bulgarian phone numbers / car license plates, but you can pay with leva coins at a parking ticket machine and is 1leva/hour.

- Great location: in the city center, near shops and restaurants; - Amazing view from the room and hotel terrace; - Underground parking (4-5 spots available); - The staff is very helpful and polite; - Decent breakfast with enough options;

- Rooms a bit dated

The view is everything. Having a balcony is a bonus. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and couldn't ask for for anything more.

Not a fan of shower wetting the whole bathroom floor. This town has very high electricity charges, so the room temperature was limited to 20.5 C.

Very good location in the city center. A large number. A charming view from the window! Good WiFi.

There is smoking on the balconies and if the window is open, smoke comes in through the window.

They are always going an extra mile to be sure their customers feel welcomed. Rooms are always super clean, tidy, and sunny. Breakfast is decent, and you can rely on the staff if you need anything extra.
