Absolutely beautiful hotel, pool is superb and open until 10pm for a post dinner swim. Staff are wonderful and all very helpful and courteous. Would definitely return here on a future visit. Breakfast has everything you would wish for, and is very good quality.
Nothing, it's lovely. It is a little further away from the river front, but only a 10 minute walk, and we always felt safe returning. There is always the option of a tuk tuk too.

A Hotel with exceptional service …Right from the check in … to the friendly reception….iconic bars such as Elephant with signature cocktails celebrating international celebrities or promoting the local gins to comfortably done up spacious rooms or hanging out in lobbies which looked & felt regal, and last but not the least the food served in the restaurant was outstanding

We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay - very calm and peaceful. Beautifully refurbished, light airy rooms and lovely historic character building with beautiful grounds and pool. Felt like a special treat at the end of our holiday.
The shower was a tight squeeze! The high tea was disappointing and food served by the pool took a really long time to arrive.The staff were generally very friendly and helpful but got our reservation muddled up and gave incorrect information about some things. Too many smokers by the pool!

Raffles is truly an icon. There is quality in many touch points — from the welcome experience to service to quality of food and drinks. I truly enjoyed this stay. The pool is lovely, the breakfast selection was wide, and the attentiveness of the staff is appreciated.
the location of my room was along the street which meant that there was a lot of traffic noise and I can hear people going about their day. it was quite disturbing in the early mornings. the food also takes a while to be cooked but maybe I’m just impatient.

In what was meant to be a restful sojourn at this hotel was spoilt by intrusive loud and screeching jazz music, totally out of place in this hotel. I ask many times for the volume to be turned down
