Harmony Phnom Penh Hotel

We spent two nights at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room clean and comfortable. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great with fantastic views. We took advantage of the buy 2 get one free cocktails and had dinner both nights by the pool. Breakfast is held at the rooftop and quite good. It is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, the riverfront is close by.

It was quite noisy at night with the markets below partying well into the night but they were having a good time!

Very clean and modern The facilities are excellent the location is excellent with great views of the city and riverside from the excellent rooftop bar and restaurant and infinity pool And not to forget the housekeeping staff and reception who are very helpful and smiling and friendly Stayed here maybe 6 times now and never had a problem The location suits me for riverside walks bars and resteraunt and for first timers a good location for palace , museum just a short walk away and markets close by The rooms may be a little bit more expensive but taking everything into account worth that little bit extra Excellent place

Never had a bad experience here

It was a real haven to unwind in. The rooms were nice and airy and the balcony views were great over the monastery, the river and the daily market. The rooftop bar is great, spectacular views and cooler than street level. The infinity pool overlooking the river is unforgettable so good. We tried the restaurant one evening, the food was tasty and reasonably priced. As the hotel was undergoing some renovation work we were upgraded to a suite which was very thoughtful. We found all the staff to be extremely helpful whether in the bar, at the pool or in reception. In fact reception were extremely helpful in trying to sort out a local problem we had and organising our final taxi. Would definitely return.

At first the noise from the renovations but that was remedied by the them.

Value for money was very good. Location was greatt so close the river and there is the market next door. Staff were always very polite and helpful. The room was always clean and tidy. Great views and facilities. Food was also good and reasonably priced

The soundproofing on the windows was the biggest issue for me. There are new buildings being built all around and they like to start work early so it was noisy at times with plant equipment etc.

+Rooms were spacious and the bathroom had an autonomy, ie in every other place we visited in Vietnam and Cambodia rooms were somehow small, there was not enough space for our stuff as international visitors with big luggage and the doors of the bathrooms were either from glass (!?!?!?) or with openings at the bottom! Here the greatest asset was the HUGE and very comfortable beds, the space in the room, so that we could move with no restrictions and open our luggage easily and the bathroom was big, well equiped, with big mirror and shower WITH a glass, so that everything does not get wet! +Great water temperature and pressure! +For breakfast you made a choice out of a menu, so it was not a buffet, which is a bit restricting, however the eggs and the french toast I ordered were well made and kindly served. Coffee was good, not very strong neither very light. Breakfast was served at the last floor with a great view of the city. We also hanged out there the previous night by the pool with a lounge music and nice finger food as well as well made cocktails. The staff was very attentive, polite, smiley and extremely available to serve all our needs. +Nearby the riverside and restaurants and bars. Overally, it is a great choice, as it is value for money! I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it!

-At the front of the hotel there is an open air market with fruit and vegetables, so there may be some noise in the morning. -Our room had a very small balcony, while the next to us rooms either left or right had bigger ones.

Great family friendly hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing hot tub. The food is good with both western and khmer dishes. Some might say the menu is limited but what they make is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to enjoy The Riverside and also located just off the main road so it's quiet at night for a great night's sleep. We stayed here on multiple occasions using it as our Phnom Penh base in between trips to Sihanoukville, Kampot and Siem Reap. This is a professionally managed hotel to western standards. Will not disappoint and we will stay here on our future visits. Really good!

Only one elevator for all floors. But you're on holiday, right? Time to relax and not let little things bother you.

Everything Location. Room. The view from the Sky bar, pool, hottub, and restaurant was stunning.of The Tonle sap and Mekong Having breakfast and dinner up there was a real bonus Really enjoyed staying at this hotel for 8 nights

booked one night and extended to a week. the infinity pool is to die for, the restaurant slrlves very decent food and the staff are mlollstly brilliant. friendly, attentive and first class. I stayed in room 801. wonderful views and amazing, huge wrap round corner balcony where I sat for hours. good tip is try to get a room on one of the higher floors, and a corner one if possible. hotel is immaculate. very convenient location, close to central market, restaurants, bars, riverside and many good spots. I’ll definitely stay here again when next in PP. highly recommend.

I had to spend one night in room 705. Nice, clean room but with a dreadful, tiny balcony. too small for even a chair. the room also cost me an additional $18 or thereabouts, over the amazing other room which was kinda frustrating.

It was extremely clean but the atmosphere was a bit dead. The pool was nice. The rooms were very spacious and really clean. The beds are so comfortable too.

We had blood stains on the duvet sheets and the heat in the hallways was mental. Aircon everywhere, but the hallways were hot as hell. The bar upstairs is so expensive. 5.50 dollars for 2 small cans of coke. The shop down the road has them for. 50cent.

Clean, comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop pool with city views, set breakfast was delicious and good size. Location is close to palace, river esplanade and Wat Phnom. We did struggle to find an amazing restaurant nearby but there were options. Staff were friendly.

The bath/sink were in the main room, only toilet and shower behind a door. Not great for a family or those sharing.
