The accommodation has a great location, a short walk from everything major in Siam Reap and still in a quiet area. It is within walking distance to the shopping center, cafes and restaurants. The swimming pool is great, which is convenient after visiting Angkor. The common facilities are also nice and we appreciate the nice staff. For breakfast there was a choice of about 15 food.

Weaker wifi and slightly shabby rooms. But the common areas are nice surrounded by palm trees.

Very nice B&B place with pool and good breakfast. We could leave our luggage on the last day and even take a shower before leaving for the night bus. Pick up from the airport was arranged and that tuk tuk driver was also our guide in Angkor Wat - highly recommend travelling with him - drives very safely!

The outflow of water from the shower was not good and there was some strange smell. There is a gap below the door to the room which allows light and potentially mosquitoes from the corridor.

The owner of the hotel was very kind. He picked us up at the airport the first day and dropped us off when we left. He also drove us around all the temples during 3 days for only $35 extra. The breakfast was good, our room was cleaned daily and we were given free water everyday too. The hotel is very close to the city center and you can get there easily walking or by Tuk Tuk for around $2. Also, there are a few good and cheap restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located next to a school and a Buddist temple, so it can get a little bit noisy sometimes.

The location is quiet, in the morning the sunrise from the balcony is quite nice. Pretty big room and very nice balconies with wooden chairs and tables

A rooster that every morning sets off at three o'clock. Makes you want to have chicken fried rice for breakfast

The owners are really wonderful. There's a good feel about the place, and it's a great location.

The showers are run off solar panels, so with it being a cold snap and not much sun, we could not have a hot or even warm shower.

They are super helpful and an amazing communication!! We asked couple of times to have an earlier breakfast due to our tours and they were super happy to make us some take away !!

The staff were very accommodating . They let me and my work colleagues have the use of the pool a week prior to my booking. I had a gap of a few days before returning for a second stay and they kindly let me leave my case there.

The location was great: very easy to connect to major attractions in the area. Staff was very friendly and provided a nice breakfast each morning.

The "garden view" and "pool view" are actually a shared balcony that surrounds the building, not a private terrace.

Incredable nice people. Sarath is really very very helpfull.
