Heritage Suites Hotel

Where to start? Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, Steven in particular was super helpful in everything we needed help with involving our room, Angkor Wat tour, and help with other stuff throughout the stay. We booked the Suite with a pool and Spa and it was quite the experience to have a private pool in your room. Super secluded and big enough for 4 or 5 people for sure. Food was great at the hotel and so we’re the drinks. There was not a moment where I couldn’t find someone on the property to help me with whatever I needed. They helped us book a private tour with a van for our visit to Angkor Wat. All in all this is a must experience hotel if your planning on visiting this area don’t think twice, book this hotel!

The property at the Heritage Suites is beautiful. A little oasis just a short tuk tuk ride from the central city. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! They knew our names and always thought ahead and were so helpful. They were so kind to our children and made us feel so welcome. We’ve truly never experienced a hotel stay like this before! Sinat, Vuthy, Mr. Long, and Hok our English guide for the temples were outstanding, as were all the other staff. The spa was also so good, relaxing and peaceful. We had the colonial suite with pool which had ample space for a family of four.

Nice and friendly staff, little pool and steam sauna in a room and extra pool outside for all guests' use, nice restaurant and bar. Room is spacious. They also have a spa with massages for an extra cost. Lobby is beautiful (where restaurant and bar is). They offerred a welcome drink and one coctail later on for free. You can get breakfast to bed if you wish so. If you have special dietery requirements- they will make sure to meet those. Water is provided in bottles every day for no extra cost.They also have tour to Angkor offers (for extra cost) with a guide - based on your needs. In overall, it was a nice hotel.

There was no TV in a room, but maybe it is a good thing when one wants to relax and detach.

My son and I were warmly welcomed and felt immediately at home in H.S.H. The staff really make this hotel exceptional. We felt they deftly anticipated everything and advised and basically made sure we were happy and tailored our stay so well. The place is so relaxed and thoughtfully set up, everything and all the staff worked so well to ensure we had a perfect stay. The rooms and general space and amenities are wonderful, the planting, the lighting, the design touches, refreshing cooled salt water pools, in room steam rooms and spa are a bonus to what is a remarkable place. The size of the hotel is small-medium which means it’s never overly busy and maintains a gentle relaxing mood, even during the happy mayhem of 3 days of new year festivities when it was full. I can’t thank all of the team enough for making our stay so special and memorable but also wanted to personally thank Mr Nhong general manager, Long, Duong and Mike front of house par excellence, and the dynamic duo of Tola and Socheat, but actually everyone we met and did not who work so hard to make this a fabulous and memorable place to stay.

It’s a beautiful boutique resort in a quiet neighborhood just a short tuktuk ride from the city center away. We had the deluxe room with our own salt water pool. The room was very spacious, airy, beautiful and comfortable. The small outside terrace next to our own pool was cosy. The pool perfect for a waking up morning swim or a quick jump to cool down during the hot afternoon. A special mention goes to the whole staff. Reception, bar and restaurant, everybody was very accommodating, friendly and helpful - always with a sweet smile. The food in the beautiful and comfortable restaurant was very good as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (yes we’ve had it all…) were great and plenty. And at night the staff knew how to mix a good Martini. This is a little paradise in this cute city. A perfect place to unwind after long days visiting the temples or just to relax by the pool or in the gorgeous room. Bravo!

The decor of the outside area with the private pool was missing and felt a bit bare and boring.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff are extremely attentive. The a la carte "free flow" breakfast was definitely worth it and you will be satisfied with it. You can book all the tours just with them which is so convenient and all their drivers and guides were knowledgable and helpful. We had booked two rooms and one of the rooms was even upgraded to a suite. If you want to go to the city center, you will need a tuk-tuk but the good news is that there are always one or two right at the hotel who will wait and bring you back, so we didn't miss out on anything.

The suite we were upgraded to had a few quirks. Like the showers didn't have a door or screen and the floors were so smooth that they were a bit slippery. The room could also use an additional chair or so. None of this bothered us too though. Just some minor improvements.

This hotel is truly a gem, with its stunning beauty and exceptional maintenance deserving of its 5-star rating. The staff were truly exceptional, always greeting us with a friendly smile and displaying remarkable attentiveness to our every need. They even went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the food! The ala carte breakfast was simply the best we've ever had. The quality and variety of the dishes offered were outstanding, and we were impressed with the attention paid to every detail of the meal. It was clear that the hotel's culinary team takes great pride in their work and strives to provide a truly exceptional dining experience for their guests. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this hotel, from the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional service and delicious food. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

This hotel allowed us to enjoy our holidays in Siem Reap for a good couple of days. Staff is the strongest point of that place. People are incredibly nice and helpful and go way beyond expectations. I really appreciate all efforts of guys working there. We visited the hotel during the world cup 2022. Despite I confirmed twice with someone if it will be possible to watch the match, transmission was cut in the middle of the game. But hey, I managed to use my phone with VPN connection (wifi and good quality access point provided in the restaurant) and transmit the image to their TV. On top of that, when they had to close the restaurant, after placing the last order for couple of beers, staff let me stay in the restaurant and watch the game. They gave me remotes and beers in the ice bucket. Thank you for that!!! My team lost btw :((( but at least staff made the failure a bit less painful :) I would like to share an advice to future Cambodia's enthusiasts. Remember where are you going. Even though you are staying in the premium places, be prepared that things might not be smooth and sometimes a little bit of patience and improvisation is needed. But again, here comes a helpful hotel staff, which is always happy to assist.

Water pressure was low and the water heater is too small to be able to take a warm bath. But! With helpful staff we organized additional big, electrical kettles and impossible became possible :)

This is a hotel perfectly located amongst the attractions of Siem Reap. The facilities are impeccable, with spacious clean rooms, outside hosting a beautiful pool shaddowed by the trees of Siem Reap. Facilities aside, what makes this hotel so remarkable for me is the people whom work there. Every single staff member - no matter the day - has a smile on their face and cannot do enough to help you. Long - who works at the hotel and his team here have created a very special place to spend your special moments.

beautiful boutique style accommodation with all modern facilities. rooms with AC were large and modern toilets. restaurant food was lovely and a mix of Cambodian and Western food. we had limited time and organized our tour through agent at hotel. She listened to what we wanted and the price was as competitive if we did it ourselves. we didn’t want a 10 hour day of temples so split it over 2. that was perfect for us. happy hour has a nice selection of cocktails that you can enjoy by the pool. The staff here are so welcoming, professional and Friendly. it’s a short walk into the park, some markets and shops or a $3 Tuk Tuk ride.

besides seeing the elephants conservation and the temples we should have allowed for a couple of rest days. they are big days of walking and heat and this place is just lovely to relax and recharge. we allowed 3 days and I would recommend 5 and enjoy Siem Reap and this resort a bit more.
