Excellent hotel with plenty of daily amenities to take advantage of: complimentary bike rental, shuttle service to a nearby vineyard of your choice, a discount at the attached Starbucks, and more. Clean room and very comfortable bed. The hydrotherapy circuit at the spa should not be missed! Walk out of the door and onto the main “strip” where shops and restaurants are only steps away.

Only minor issue we encountered was that our room was connected to another room, and privacy felt compromised/limited because of how easily we could hear the people in the other room when they spoke. It did not negatively impact our experience, but I recommend requesting a room that does not connect to another if you are traveling alone / as a couple.

The hotel has a perfect location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however you can find a few cafes and coffee shops around to grab a bite. The facility is fresh, cozy and comfortable.

Room service needs to be arranged before by sending sms. This is the first time I have encountered something like this. For the price paid, daily room service must come as a default option, things like vacuum cleaning the room everyday, changing towels, adding amenities, replenishing drinking water and removing trash. And this is explained by being an energy conscientious facility. Please add daily room service like all hotels of your class do.

Location was excellent, very updated and spacious room, lounge decor was also updated and very nice, secure and ample parking. The room itself was very clean except for the issue mentioned below.

Upon arriving we had no washcloths in either room nor did we have a top sheet on the bed, and our comforter was either soiled or stained. We called the front desk and the bed issue was fixed, never did get washcloths. Also service was just ok on the patio, very friendly but slow and we had to ask for napkins 5 times before we got them. Second time in there it was much better.

The hotel is very modern and upscale. Great modern rooms, with refrigerator, safe. The shower was wonderful. The spa is very relaxing and very clean. We ate breakfast and lunch in Treadwell restuarant and the food was very delicious

Booking.com should add on their website what building the room will be! We wanted newest building, because we stayed there already. We booked the room, but it was in old building. Very good too, but we wanted the new. The manager heard us out and moved us to the room we're expecting. We use Bookind.com all the time, so please review your listings and add necessary details.

This has been totally renovated and is spectacular! To me it has been elevated to a five star establishment! Service is impeccable as well as amenities and facilities! I compare it to the elegance of the Bruce Hotel in Stratford. I would highly recommend staying here as the location is fantastic! The bar and restaurant has a great vibe with excellent food and drinks! Will definitely stay here when I come back to NOTL!

Nothing as it goes beyond my expectations as they have thought of everything. Even have electric charging stations in the underground parking garage.

I'd have liked to have had menus in the room, but since there were none and we were on an outside entry which I first thought a negative became a positive because we walked out onto the main street which had so many shops and restaurants and it was beautiful weather so we walked a ways and chose where to dine. Our favorite meal was breakfast at an all day breakfast place a few blocks up the street. All other food we had was fine, but not amazing. The spay is simply wonderful and "The Circuit" is absolutely worth it! The room as bright, clean and very comfortable.

Well, to get to our room we had to go up a long flight of stair and it's a good thing we are in good shape for our 60's.

The room was large and very well appointed with a gas fireplace. The beds and chairs were very comfortable. The fridge was stocked with complimentary water bottles and there was an Espresso machine with coffee pods and tea bags. The bathroom was modern, large and clean. There were thick towels of varying sizes - although only one small towel rack to hang them. The spa was nice with many treatments and water pools/circuit. There is a Starbucks right next door which was perfect for a quick breakfast and there was even a door from the lobby. You don’t even need to step outside. As it was very cold when we visited, I really appreciated the underground parking.

Some small things could be improved. The bathroom needs more towel bars to hang towels. My massage lady was wearing a strong perfume which disagreed with my allergies.

The location was excellent. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The underground parking was the best and most appreciated part of the stay.

The room had a sink near the fridge and coffee maker but nothing there to wash and dry items used. Ie: cups glasses etc. Since there is no service checking for replacing items used and to get items replaced you call housekeeping put them outside your door and new items are left outside you door for you to replace. Dish soap and a towel to clean your items would be nice. You make your own bed no daily service so why not provide things to help you keep the cups and glasses from dirty ones stacking up

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the shops and restaurants of beautiful Niagara on the Lake. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked in, one of the concierge staff helped us with our luggage. The room was accessible only by stairs. She may have noticed that the stairs weren’t easy for us and she called our room a short time later to offer us a room upgrade in a part of the hotel with an elevator. We appreciated that. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel, Treadwell, is excellent! I highly recommend it for dinner.

I only have 2 very minor complaints. We are tea drinkers and the coffee maker in the room only produced lukewarm water, which doesn’t make for very good tea. I didn’t try making coffee. Maybe it’s better at that. The conditioner provided in the bathroom was impossible to get out of the bottle. I won’t go into detail about the various methods I tried, but my nail file was helpful! As I say, these are petty issues.

I thought the location and facilities were great. Loved the spa.

Only thing I didn’t like was there was no toilet paper in the room. Also after being at the spa all day I couldn’t find anywhere to buy bottles of water in town because it was too late. I called down to the front desk when I got home from the reaturant that there was no to let paper and I also asked for some more bottles of water. They said they would bring that right up and no one came to the room. This was about 9pm when I called and I was up until midnight. No one helped us. Overall good stay, but like I said being at the spa all day I was so thirsty and the water situation was not great. My wife was annoyed about the toilet paper.
