I asked you via email that we will be arriving earlier than expected if we can leave the luggage in the hotel till check in...you emailed back that yes we can leave the luggage...they had no place to leave luggage and did not allow us to leave it and we had to take our luggage with us till check in...going around to attractions with our luggage was a terrible experience...it was hot and we had to drag our luggage all over...,,i guess its booking.com fault that you promised us this advantage...so please refund our money cause we had a terrible experience with the luggage....

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a boxed breakfast. Tons of food places including severeal buffet options available.

The hot water in the tub would not turn off. There was a large collection of dust and lint in the heating unit. Parking was $25 Canadian. I understand parking fees if I am not staying there but if I am a paying guest I think it is unfair. This made the room a lot less reasonable.

Booking .com has an item when booking ,is there any request I like to ask.I requested that my room will be ready before 3.00 pm ,but the hotel staff said they did not receive any request from booking .com that I requested the room to be ready ,cause I was driving from a long long location. Was really disappointed we had to stay outside till 03.00 waiting for room to be ready .iam a regular customer with booking ,but now ????

All was good . Room good . Pool good . Only problem staff at the desk argued with every one with problem . Amount i had on my booking was not same they had . There price was 100.00 more. There was nothing saying parking was not free. And no fridge . No Microwave this is first place in 50 years they wanted 15.00 day for fridge .

Had arguments on price as they wanted 100.00 more my invoice was 100 00 less so had argued. They wanted 15.00 day for fridge this is first hotel I been in In 50 years they charge fridge . They charge 15.00 day parking . That should been beginning off the booking not in small print at bottom . When i arrived they where 3 person before me arguing with staff on bill or other thing some them ask gor managers

when we arrived, we found the hotel was under major renovation, the front desk staff was lovely and told us that our reservation had been transferred to the oaks hotel, and that we had been upgraded at no extra cost to us. We then went over to the oaks hotel where we received the same parking rate as we would’ve had as well as an incredible room that had a view of the falls and was a definite upgrade from what I had booked. Their kindness was so appreciated.

I liked how affordable and close to the attractions it was.

There was no ice machine on our floor. I also do not believe there was an elevator (made it hard to carry things) and would not be helpful for someone travelling with injuries/disability. I thought that the room itself was clean, modern and spacious. The bathroom and hallways were definitely outdated, but still very clean.

The location. It was very close to the Convention center. I loved how close your location is to certain attractions. It honestly was one of my best trips ever.

The breakfast options. The bathtub drain, it sucked, I couldn't relax and take a hot bath. The drain is terribly in need of repair and I forgot to mention it on our way out cause we had to go catch a train.

The bed was very comfortable. Good heating. Amazing water pressure in the shower (i really missed that in all the other hotel on my 1month trip) Complimentary water in the fridge. At the check in you get some vouchers. Quiet location Hotel stored our bags for us at the check out. Ice & drink machines

The deposit of 200.- seems very high.

Great location, walking distance to all attractions, casino, OLG stage. Nice and quiet this time of the year in NF. Clean comfortable hotel.

$25 plus tax for parking my car at a hotel I paid to stay at is ridiculous for a $55 hotel room. I refused to pay, parked for free at the Casino. This is a total cash grab on the hotels part.

The room was very clean, the staff at the front desk were very accommodating as were the cleaning crew. Loved the price. The breakfast bag was a nice touch, full of wholesome goodies. It was close to the casino which was great.

Didn't realize there was an extra charge for parking.
