Lincel The receptionist was excellent. the room is clean and it will be better if fridge and microwave should be added to the room. The ice machine is not working. Since I checked out, the security deposit has not been credited to my account. Before I check in, my card is already charged. They suppose to charge it when I check in and ask me how I like to pay rather than charging my card even I’m not checking in yet. For the deposit, I'd prefer to pay cash so you could refund it when I check out. The guy in the morning receptionist told me that the security deposit will be returned in 2 to 3 business days, which is strange because it should happen the same day.

They include a $20 discount at the IHOP that is in the hotel, do not use it, in my case it was only $10 that applied to a meal but when I checked the menu the prices were double the regular menu, so there was no benefit I think that's the trick of this restaurant that it is next to many hotels, so it doesn't end up being a benefit when you have to pay full price or more

the room was very clean, the check in personal were very nice, The pool was nice. it had a nice view from our 6th floor room.

the parking for accessible patrons was occupied by cars that never had permits, I believe these individuals where not aware they parking in accessible parking as the signage is painted on the pavement & the parking lot was covered in snow.the pool was way over crowded as there was a hockey tournament in town and the children players were staying there, But my biggest issue was the parking even though we had a permit.

We were moved to the Quality Inn because of renovation. The staff were wonderful. A few facility issues but the only one that really affected us was crappy TV channels. I am not a huge TV person but when you've been out all day and need to unwind, you look for it. The staff were great and one guy tried to fix it but it didn't work. Otherwise, it was great for the price.

Room size and hotel facilities. The check-in staff was quite helpful. The location is good, walkable to Skylon Tower/Clifton Entertainment area and WEGO Red/Blue Line stops opposite the hotel. Quite a few restaurants in the area. Really good for a Family stay.

The hotel put a 50$ deposit + My stay cost on credit card hold even before my check-in. I asked if I can alternately pay cash, and I was told that the desposit will be 300$ in this case. Which does not make sense. Also, by the time I am writing this review, the holdup amount on my credit card is still not released. Hopefully, it will be resolved with many efforts.

the location was within 20 minutes walk to most of the things we were interested in, loved the location of the room. End if the hall, top floor meant it was nice and quiet and even had a balcony!

parking fee of $20.00+ tax was not mentioned anywhere until we checked in. Would still pick this hotel again, but parking should be included as total cost per room.

At the time of my stay, I had a back problem and the mattress was ideal giving very good support while having a soft feel. I always enjoy the soothing tones of the decor and soft lighting of a classic living room/salon. Always, the weekend manager is extremely kind and attentive, and manages with friendly professionalism his young staff at busy times.

While I personally welcome a microwave in the room, which this location does not have, I appreciate that one is available in the lobby. However, during these pandemic times, I feel more constant cleaning and sanitizing of touchpoints would be a smart improvement.

I love that it has a balcony, good location to everything. Deluxe King Rooms are roomy, comfortable bed. Room was clean. Staff are friendly.

The walls and decor are dated, hallway carpets are dated and worn. Hotel could upgrade to better toilet paper, instead of the cheap rough stuff. would be nice to have a sitting area with a small table and 2 chairs inside the room, so we can sit together, have a place to eat, okay cards, etc. Jacuzzi tub could use a good cleaning, the jets were not very powerful.

Room was very clean, staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was nice and warm and open until 11pm which was nice.

The token machine was broken so games were not available which was unfortunate but we still had alot of fun :) I wish the room had a fridge.

The two main elevators. The doors are already opened whilst the elevator is still moving. That could potentially lead to someone tripping and falling and hurting themselves
