Bloom Boutique Hotel

I put the ratings against price and expectations, and on that basis the hotel far exceeded my original expectations. Location is above the famous mall, excellent for shopping and dinning. The room is actually quite big with sofa and very usable desk. Bed is very comfortable. It's pretty clean. Breakfast is included and pretty good, and Chongqing noodles are made to order and authentic. I like the restaurant that it keeps many books for casual readings, I read a china natural landscaping book during breakfast, very relaxing.

This hotel was excellent, much better than we expected. They did our laundry for free and the service and breakfast was excellent. We read some reviews before and I was quite surprised. The hotel was very easy to find, in good location, basically above the biggest shopping centre in East Asia, that meant excellent views. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect

i liked the conditioner (high quality-don't often get at a hotel), room was very large, had bathrobes), very large room. Continental breakfast.

how it was on the 15th floor mixed with so many other businesses that it took a long time to get to my floor. It was hard to find at first with the construction.

Very comfortable room! The shower exceeded our expectations and was very nice. Only the breakfast (Chinese style) was a bit lacking of some choices. The Hotel is located on the 15th floor on top of a mall. However, the entrance is separate.

Location is great, near the subway. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby, although not near the tourist spots but it's an easy train/taxi ride away. Room is quite spacious and clean too. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast is good enough for us. The location is excellent, 10 min. conveniently walk to Shiyoulu station of CRT Line 1 Chongqing Metro/underground through big shopping center.

If staffs can communicate in English, perfect. But it’s ok as long as we have translation app.

The location is great: close to the metro, shopping, food etc. Staff was friendly, the room is quiet and comfortable, shower is great.

Breakfast isn’t great, I like Chinese breakfast but even those offering weren’t very good. There are many other good chinese/western options nearby, I’d recommend getting coffee and breakfast there instead, which is what I did in the second day The carpeting in the hallways is pretty stained. I couldn’t find the hotel in didi, so I used the address to find a location nearby. The Chinese address should be written on booking to show to drivers. I went to the website, changed language to Chinese and showed the address to didi to confirm the location Otherwise everything else was nice.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We were in a good position to see central areas and had some good restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel was clean and looked lovely. The location was great. Great value!

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.
