Hilton Chongqing

The location of the hotel is great. In a few minutes you were at the metro station, which was the stop for 2 lines. With one of them you can get to many sights/attractions very quickly. There were also many delicious opportunities to try out the local cuisine around the hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was extensive and had a good selection. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay.

As good as the room was, it seemed to me that the room was getting a bit long in the tooth.

Beautiful hotel, well needed after a nightmare trip. Very welcoming staff always to hand when needed.

The facilities at the spa were not available which was a shame and disappointing as we were looking forward to it . The staff at the bar lounge after ordering cocktails .. came back to us and said could we pick another one as she didn’t know how to make at least 3 of the cocktails? So we just ordered soft drinks . Food wasn’t anything to shout about

The location is very convenient. Hotel itself has been worn out as it’s quite old but the rooms are reasonably cleaned. The staff are very helpful and understanding, they politely helped me with early cancellation of the rest of the stay when I wanted to change hotel

However just cleaning cannot completely compensate the old room and poor aircon system.

Quite a convenient location, close to the metro line that is an interchange, travelled to most major attractions in good time. The breakfast was good and lasts until 10am, a wide selection both Western and Eastern. Staff was great and quick to help.

Neighbors were noisy.

i felt very welcomed here.. thanks to the staff and especially Rebecca at the front desk. the room is nice but a bit dated. oh well. the fitness center is great! 24/7. also the hot tub is nice. the location is great. near the metro and so much

it seems a bit old… the decor

Chongquing is a great city which I found out with this being my first time. The Hilton was located near the metro and up on a hill. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood! The room was cozy and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast had many choices was delicious. The customer service throughout the hotel was professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

On 32 floor Hanna was super helpful and she arranged my room and meeting with my clients very comfortable. I am really thank her for her effort.

Can’t find any thing

The room was good and the staff are excellent. Breakfast, though a little expensive, is first rate, and Dan, the food and beverage manager is outstanding, very helpful and friendly.

The restaurants close early by western standards, and room service is not available after 20.00. I arrived late in the evening due to my flight schedule and was therefore unable to get anything to eat.

Everyone was so helpful and lovely! They spoke perfect English! The breakfast was great (6am until 10am) There was a swimming pool (heated I think?)open to all guests, you just take a towel and dressing gown with you! There is a gym which is open 24/7! There is also a spa available although it is quite pricey!
