Hotel Soul Suzhou

Convenient location and easy accessible to walking street and train station. The family room was really spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Howie and Ms Jessica. They assisted me in retrieving my lost item in Hangzhou by contacting the hotel and following up promptly with them with regards to the delivery process and payment. Thank you so much for your great service!

The bathroom floor is black in colour and quite dangerous during the night when lights were switched off.

This is a great choice for a stay in Suzhou - the location is excellent, moments from the metro and in a lively area with plenty of places to eat, and not too far from the main attractions. My room was big and comfortable, although it looked out only on the inner atrium of the hotel. Breakfast was good too.

The air conditioning was pretty noisy so I slept with it off, and the room was therefore quite warm when I woke up.

I like this price value. Hotel in the city centre. The famous restaurant about DerYi restaurant and Son Her restaurant in 5 minutes walk way. Hotel room are clean and breakfast are nice. People can catch Metro from hotel to train station. Catch DiDi are cheap too. In addition, the room are big than normal and new decorations .

Breakfast was good. The location is good to go around with public transportation or just to walk around. We got upgraded to the suite. Appreciated!

There were some minor problems in the room. After reported, the staff has fixed them quickly. Only thing could be better is the shower area: the water drain couldn't go away quickly.

This is the third time in 10 years that’s I am going to this place and it hasn’t changed at all! The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is the best in Suzhou. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. It is always so nice to be here!

The room was really huge and spacious! The toilet was also possibly the largest toilet we’ve been to. While it’s not the newest hotel out there, it’s definitely well maintained. Staff were also friendly. Breakfast spread was good.

TV was really old and pixelated with rather limited channels. It was also a bit pricey for the location/ facilities.

Loved it! the atmosphere is quite special yet comfortable. I loved the desk in my bedroom, as I needed to work. I loved the location, central, 10-15’ ride far from the railway station!

I loved it all! unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast as I needed to leave by 6.30. Breakfast was available starting from 7.

The room was quite large and well equipped. Breakfast was good with sufficient mix of western and Chinese offerings.. Location was close to metro and major pedestrian shopping street.

The room and bedding were a bit too hot.

First of all the design. Outstanding. Then the staff friendliness and the quality of the breakfast. Room very spacious and nice.

Smart hotel in an ideal location in the heart of Suzhou. Close to the metro and lots of great restaurants.

Bed was a little too hard for me and there were a few small maintenance issues (shower faucet detaching for example) but nothing major!
