Nice room size, breakfast was amazing, was very quiet during the night so was able to get a solid sleep in, staff are so friendly
The shower leaked outside onto the bathroom floor but perhaps it’s meant to be like that? There were no kettle or tea in the room and one of the lights did not work

The location was great. Everything was in walkable distance. The room itself was in decent size with comfortable beds. The room was clean, still maintaining the old style. Modernization of the rooms are recommended.
One has to go down to the reception to get boiling water. There was no water kettle in the room.

We arrived Rovaniemi from Helsinki by train and went to the hotel by taxi. It really has a good location. I think we can walk there if there is no snow. There are many shops, malls and restaurants nearby. Everything is convenient. It also provided free sauna and some activity introductions at reception.
We stayed in a big room around the corner from the first floor, but it was poorly soundproofed. This hotel was many years old, and the equipment was old compared to the price of more than 300 euros a night.

Excellent location and some parking available. Yes, it’s an older hotel needing renovations, but it was clean and functional and more than adequate when you are spending most of the day out and about. The beds themselves were comfortable, would have preferred a bit higher quality bedding.
It was HOT in the room (24-25C) with no way to control the temperature. I would have preferred it a lot cooler for sleeping.

the location is great, in the center. And there was a young lady at reception when we checked in who was so nice and helpful. The others didn’t seem to want to be there.
this hotel is badly in need of a renovation. At $250 a night, they really need to bring it into the 2020’s. Even into the 2000’s would be good.
