The room was fine and the hotel not too large. The restaurants food was good as was the spa. The hotel room was quiet and the black curtains were fine. The temperature in the room was comfortable. The distance from the room to the spa was short.
The breakfast food was varied but not of a great stand with the worst scrabbled eggs I have ever tasted. The location is not particularly good if you want to walk into town, but fine if you like a good long walk. The hotel charge for the car park was high as was the cost of the three nights when compared to the summer prices.

Staff was amazing and very helpful, all of them, even with the language barrier. Position was great, even if outside the center was well served by public transport and anyway easily reachable by foot.
Some facilities could be a bit clearer for foreign tourists with some language challenges. All good in the end ;)
