Comfort Hotel Amiens Nord

This hotel has some rather undeserved and harsh comments. it’s a lot lot better than the reviews suggest. Staff on arrival were friendly and efficient and switchover male staff was quick to say hello. The room was clean and spacious for us and our 2 dogs. Lots of floor space for their beds. Decor was good. It was a very quiet and comfortable night. Workmen were busy in the early afternoon but stopped at 16.00. If the manager took a clipboard and identified any issues in each room - we had a loose screw on shower in room 43 and bathroom door needed a splash board at bottom- other than that a good room. it’s the little things! The surroundings are great for retail therapy and road onward travel access outstanding.

Just needs a continuation of some tender loving care. It is obvious it is happening.

A good spot to rest one night on a long trip at a very reasonable price. Room, beds, bathroom etc. All were very clean. Breakfast was OK, all you can eat, very good bread, Croissant, bred marmelade, coffee, tea, orange juice, marmelade ham, cheese, yogourt, fruits etc. Just the carpets in the corridors and especially in the stairs have a long life behind.... But again this is just a spot to have a relaxing break on a long journey. Do I recommend, yes definitively ! :-)

Top location, for us and free parking. Breafast was as usual fer a continental but was plentiful. April temps were average 5°c to 12° c but the doona was way too warm. Shopping and dinning was very clse with a good quality range.

Internet connection was poor although good wifi.

The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Lovely to deal with! It is located very close to the highway, very convenient. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The coffee at the machine is very poor. A vending machine would be convenient.

Perfect for a stop over with family. Lovely staff managed to get us two twin rooms with interconnecting doors. Would definitely book again if passing.

Walls quite thin, but luckily all neighbours were respectful

Nice location for visiting the somme area, surrounded by shops and places to eat close to the motorway

Basic, but did they job, very popular with road workers/builders which meant noisy early mornings , 6am onwards

Really good value, clean, straightforward and ideal as a stopover. Burger king close by and petrol at Carrefour 🙂

Presence lighting in corridor left me in the dark but hey we're saving the planet 🙂

Manager was extremely helpful. We arrived early and was very tired from our journey. The cleaners got our rooms ready for us early. We are so grateful to them for doing this. Thank you so much.

Excellent staff and customer care especialyy as we were arriving after 11pm.. Great location for our trip. Very comfortable beds. Tnank you to the Hotel Comfort team.

Smught smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Staircase could do with a new carpet.

I liked the spacious rooms, the comfy beds, the friendly (who spoke amazing English) staff, and the breakfast!

the lighting in the room could have been better and cleaner sheets.
