Hotel Paris Boulogne

The price was great, the room was clean and spacious and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were eateries very close by and a little store next to the museum that was open at around 1am when I got back from the louvre by train. Train station is very close to the hotel so I got off the train and walked for about a minute and stopped at the little grocery store to get something to eat then walked about 5 minutes back to the hotel. Traveled alone and the whole area felt very safe.

Everything was nice

I loved everything about the hotel. From the warm reception we received at the front desk when we first arrived, to the warm and cozy room we walked into, to the nice scenery from the balcony, and the daily complimentary water and cake. There's croissants and candy at the front desk at all times. I enjoyed their breakfast, and for the 3 nights we stayed there, we loved and enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I did not have any complaints. I took beautiful pictures at their stairwell area leading to the breakfast room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and excellent value for money. Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the metro 10. Nice restaurant at the end of the street. We picked this location because it was ideal for driving into the city from the west and was just off the motorway. Equally it was easy to pick up the main roads and motorway on our homeward bound journey to Calais. Close location for Parc de Princes (We did the PSG stadium tour) and not too far into town for the main sites. Excellent underground parking

Room towels could be better.

The room was nicely furnished and clean. The room was facing an interior courtyard and you could hear birds chirping in the morning.

Very noisy elevator, there was a "ding" sound that you could hear from the room all night long (could not rest properly because of it). Poor breakfast. All I could eat was bread and cheese. No vegetables at all for breakfast. The eggs were raw and you needed to boil them yourself and also you needed to make your own orange juice. If I am travelling for work my time to spend for breakfast is limited and because I pay for it, I am expecting to have the breakfast served and not to cook it myself. Reception personnel's attitude is very diverse. Some of them are really helpful and nice, the others are the total opposite. Some parts of the hotel were renovated (like the wing I stayed in) but others look really old (e.g. the staircases).

This hotel has restored my faith in Paris. Usually the customer service in Paris are just awful and not tourist friendly, but not in Bolougne! This area have been proving me wrong time after time with exceptional service. The staff really knows the area well and gave us recommendations all the time. One person I really have to highlight is Sofiane! He went on and beyond with his customer service and always gave us a smile when we entered the hotel. He found amazing restaurants for us and made us feel accepted by the French community!

The wifi was a bit weak, but my room was in the corner.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located. It's next to both the bus to Paris center and the underground. There are also 2 supermarkets very close by. It is quiet in the area and it seems very affluent with expensive cars around. The AC worked perfectly and breakfast is a 10/10. Memory foam pillows are on the beds which are heavenly, the room cleaning was exceptional and room amenities including coffee, lotion and little cakes are free. Overall recommended.

The receptionist we met on arrival did not know how to work the card reader, seeming confused in general about what to do and where to go so we didn't have a card for the first day. We were also slightly overcharged than what was stated. The QR code for the facilities leads to a page which is entirely French only. The hotel exterior doesn't look anywhere as nice as the amazing interior. Still recommended.

The room was freshly decorated, it was very quiet. The location is quiet and conveniently close to the Metro and a few nice restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was most helpful. The hotel has a good parking facility. Breakfast was good.

The pillows are filled with foam, which I personally don't like. The bathroom facilities are good, but the shower is in the bath and using it I found it could have been screened better to prevent the floor from getting very wet.

Good location if you come by car + garage. Quiet environment. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Metro nearby. Rooms were cleaned very well. Bathroom and toilet were separated spaces. Friendly staff.

Bathtub in our room, personally I prefer a shower. Some renovations (freshening up) of the rooms would be nice. Breakfast was basic and the sliced ​​fruit was not fresh. Breakfast could be better for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is in a calm area. At about 200m, you have direct bus that takes you to the football stadium and to the main tourist sites. The room was comfortable , clean & of a decent size. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is generous and tasty. Secure underground parking.

Parking spaces are quite narrow, so it may be difficult if you have a big car. On street parking comes up to EUR 35 per day. Ouch !! The hotel charges 16 and space is limited.

The breakfast was great, the staff is very friendly, and the location is good, close to a train station and a commercial area <5 min walking. Also, there is a laundry closeby.

The fitness area was one of my main requirements when booking this hotel, it could have more equipment. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but a bench and some dumbbells would be good. At the end of the day, neither my wife nor I used the fitness area.
