If you are interested in a PSG match, then this is a very good location within 8 minutes of walking from Parc de Prince. It is also pretty close to a metro station, food shops, and even a market. So you have breakfast options and easy access to the center. It offers parking in an underground garage for 15 euros extra/day. The rooms are a decent size for Paris. People are friendly. Internet is decent.

It is not very comfortable and the furniture is old. The room is bland and sad. It is not dirty, but it is degraded by age and wear. And when you pay 400 Euro/night you find it hard to understand how they don't invest in new furniture. You could replace the whole furniture with money from a week...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I must say that the staff, especially Lanja, made my experience truly memorable. Lanja was extremely helpful, gentle, and friendly. Despite our late arrival at around 11.30 pm, Lanja did everything beyond possible to assist us with the check-in process, even though his duty time was over. His exceptional customer service and dedication to ensuring our comfort truly made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Thank you, Lanja, for making our stay at this hotel a fantastic one!

Great location, 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station. A bike hire docking station was even closer and we were able to hire bikes and explore many different areas, including the Bois de Boulogne nearby and also cycle into central Paris. The PSG football ground and Roland Garros tennis grounds are within walking distance. The apartment hotel owners/staff were very friendly and helpful (and spoke very good English). One morning we had the breakfast offered in the garden, which is a very attractive setting. The apartment was in a very quiet location.

The kitchen utensils/cutlery collection was a bit erratic(!), but the small kitchenette was ok to be able to self-cater for breakfasts and the occasional meal.

I loved the dog and the quietness of the room. The room had a small kitchen but was pretty enough for a stay. Loved the sunshine in the room. The garden was nice. I am sure it is perfect for the summertime. The staff is very helpful.

The slippers can be put for the guests. There was none. I do not like to walk on the carpet where everybody is using. Not hygienic at all.

Bathroom was a bit cramped with poor shower which was difficult to use due to position Would have appreciated breakfast tea rather than a choice of earl grey and peppermint

iit's not the hotel's fault but the weather was very hot ix Paris for a few days during my stay, and they provided a floor fan (no A/C), which was a bit noisy.

Gorgeous old house with very friendly staff. Looks like a movie set. Made checkin very easy.

Lack of AC would have been a problem if the weather had been warmer. The walls were VERY thin, so you could hear everything, I’d recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Very sweet place in the heart of Paris. Metro 10 is 5 min away and this will connect you to the tourist spots. Lovely bakeries around too. Pet dog is just adorable and the host is very welcoming
