Boulogne Résidence Hotel

The location is especially good! The city is in 30 min by the metro, the metro station is in 5 min of walking. Also the metro station is usually the last one where you can sit freely. The neighbourhood features a lot of nice places to eat with good reviews and a good cuisines selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel features self laundry service with a professional miele technic for 8€/wash+dry, ironing is free. The room was clean. The price ratio is outstanding for Paris!

The bathrooms are a bit old and the water pressure is not strong enough. The cleaning service unplugs your charges for some reason (I think they have been doing this since the days when it was actually making sense, but it doesn't nowadays. Modern changes do not consume power when plugged in without a device to change and also safe to leave in an outlet)

Hotel room was spacious, very clean and overall comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to a metro line, from where you can reach directly Trocadero. The beds were extremly comfortable, we really had a relaxing sleep. The breakfast was very pleasant, since there was a loy of variety in the food and drink products. The parking of the hotel is close to the building.

The elevator is quite old and small, you can barely fit a bigger piece of luggage there.

Clean and straightforward room. Bed very comfortable. Also provided a microwave, kettle, salt and pepper, cutlery and plates which were more than just standard rooms at other hotels. Lovely friendly staff. Great location as the 42 bus takes you all over central Paris (about 30 mins…when it turns up!) and the metro line 9 is nearby (about 20 min into the city). Ramen place opposite is also very good. Supermarket nearby too for little bits and bobs.

Room got a bit warm and we had to open the window to cool the room as the AC wasn’t yet up and running. It was a bit noisy on weekday morning. Earplugs were provided by the hotel as a countermeasure - but I’m not used to wearing them to sleep.

One of the best places to stay if you're in Paris for Roland Garros. It's a 25 minute walk to the stadium and the closest metro station is just 5 minutes away. This was my second stay at the hotel after 5 years. I had such a pleasant time with my family earlier that I did not think twice about staying here again and I was not disappointed. Mathias' sister (very sorry forgot her name) and the rest of her colleagues are truly exceptional hosts. Though the check-in time is 3 pm they allowed us to check-in early and take rest which was hugely helpful as I had tickets for the night match at Roland garros. The staff is so friendly that it never really feels like you're in a hotel. The breakfast is top notch and they make every effort to accommodate aditional requests.

Super quiet and family neighborhood, the kitchenette seriously helped keep our costs down in food, the bed was super comfortable, super helpful staff, and close enough to most places.

Not complaints, just things to keep in mind: the mini bar isn't included in the price and since it was hanging out in the fridge, it seemed like they were including some snacks but paid €16 for everything since we ate it all, lol. Second, laundry is also used by staff for towels and such, so ask before planning on using them. €8 per load per machine, so twice the price as usual but super handy when traveling heavy (to avoid having to drag everything with you) or light (the load can be pretty large so a good 5 day's worth of clothes all at once). We walked everywhere so Eiffel was 5.8km away, Catacombs were 6.7km, and Louve was almost 9km if walking. Gallerie Lafayette was 3.3km and seemed like a short walk considering everywhere else we had walked to.

It is very similar to the photos this means they are honest people. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. room size was ok. Very good Wi-Fi. the area was safe and very quiet. 6 minutes away from the metro station M9.

in order to save money I couldn’t book in the center so I had to choose something outside the center of Paris. so it took us every day AT LEAST between 30 to 40 minutes to reach any ATTRACTION in Paris. The problem is the metro stations in Paris do not have elevator or electrical stairs so I had to carry my 6 old baby with her stroller all the way and this was very hard. so I can say the only annoying part is the location if you are traveling with family and babies.

I stayed at Boulogne residential hotel and wow I did a good choice for booking here for 7 days. The staff was amazing I had a problem with my door and the lady helped me, the staff was very polite and the hotel was very clean and spacious. The bedding was very good , I stayed in the studio and it had a lil kitchen which was good because I stayed for 7 days . Of all paris hôtels that I stayed at this one was the best one for a 3 star hotel. Will definitely come back and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris

I wish they can change their door locks as it’s a bit difficult to open but rather use cards that was the only thing I did not like

The room was spacier than I expected. The provided furniture and toiletries (skin lotion, shower soap, toothbrush, shaver) felt good. I was especially impressed by the rather large desk which can easily be used for work in case this is required. With its location in close proximity to the metro as well as several grocery stores and restaurants, it was still quiet despite the available options in the vicinity.

The faucet was unfortunately a bit too strong which caused water to splash on the wall. While the towels were very clean and pleasant to use, they did not have much of a smell. Maybe storing the towels with some scent packs can improve this. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, but it had a slightly unpleasant smell when it was started. However, I think this was just a temporary issue.

The hotel is fascinating itself. The prices are great, considering the fact it’s located near the city centre which can be reached by taking the Metro line 9 (Marcel Sembat - Trocadéro) Rooms are excelent, super clean and well-equipped( towels, toothbrush, tooth paste, razor, shavingcream etc.) Most of the rooms have got a great view with typical french balconies which are mesmerizing from a tourist’s prespective. The staff is super kind and helpful:)

The location is convenient and take 5-10 mins from station. The bed was really comfy not too soft or hard it was a lifesaver for traveler when you got a tiring day！

well the only thing I want to complaint is the hot water. On my first day, there was not any hot water when I was taking shower and didn’t have any idea cause I had removed my clothes. The second day fortunately got some hot water but it was not enough to take a comfortable shower just like I had to take a really rush shower to make sure I won’t get cold due to the cold water.
