Campanile Genève - Ferney-Voltaire

Aircon and Bath, we were there in the Canicule (Heatwave). Secure parking.. Good location to visit Geneva.

Evening food sold out too quickly (or maybe not stocke sufficiently), first night there was nothing left at all, we walked into Ferney Voltaire, second night both of our first choices were sold out and that was early on. One of the more expensive Campaniles.

First of all, fanatic and very nice, professional people , which working in the Hotel.. Then, nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. From my room I had the opportunity to listen to birds' songs . Very testy breakfasts every morning . And again , a nice, warm, frindly atmosphere built for every guest by the Campanile Geneve hotel team's members. I send many, many thanks to them and all the best wishes. I will remember all of you. One of the additional positive features of the hotel team - the taxi service offers. Alan and his taxi drivers are doing an excellent job. Thanks for your support.

As I wrote before, I din't find anything that could have a negative impact on me.

The Campanile concept: easy parking in front of your room (if you ask for a ground floor room), water cooker, with coffee and tea so you don't have to spend money on an elaborate breakfast unless you really want to.

For 2 out of our 5 nights, a big tourist bus occupied all the parking space of the wing we were staying in. Another night, there was a delivery of bed linen (I suppose) by a truck or van with trollies rolling right outside the rooms around 4 AM. Management should understand that guests expect to be able to sleep undisturbed until at least 7 AM.

The receptionist/hostess on the day I arrived was lovely. The next day, I needed a Taxi, and the receptionist (a different one) called one for me. She was nice also. They also allowed me to drop the bags at the checkout and pick them up later. That was nice.

The room had little space to walk due to a large bed. Also, when I booked the transport from the airport, the guy who responded to me, Axel, I think is his name, gave me a price, and then he increased it days later. However, the receptionist on the day I arrived was nice and charged me a fair tariff, given that there was a confusion with finding the pickup spot at the airport. However, I cannot say the same for the taxi that took me to work the next day, who charged me 45 euros for 5 Km!! What a riff-off!!

The location is great for us as close to Geneva airport and the centre of Ferney, the park for kids, and Geneva too! The breakfast was very good and varied. It is exactly what we expected and is good value. The room was clean and offered tea and coffee making facilities. We did not try the restaurant but good to know there is one. Very quiet too and good parking.

It was nice and clean and causy. Room service was daily and the staff was helpful when needed.

I arrived unfortunately during a very hot period all over Europe and asked for a small fridge to put some drinks and some small snacks which needs fridge but that was not possible. So I had to buy from the hotel restaurant each time I needed any tiny thing

At the end of a long day's drive, we wanted a clean, comfortable room and a good shower for a one-night stop-over. We got everything we needed. The staff were delightful, helpful, and advised us on the most affordable way to order from the steak meat available – which was excellent.

The breakfast struck us as rather expensive, but we didn't attempt it so did not find out what was included in the cost. I am not sure if I could eat €12 worth of anything first thing in the morning.

Quiet and green area. Best breakfast I have ever had in Europe I guess! Amazing People- Thank you Kristine and the rest of the Staff for your great hospitality! Room slightly small but very comfortable and cleaned every single day! The bus stop located about 15 minutes away. It was sad to check out :)

The room has recently been renovated and that shows in a few ways, like a very comfortable bed. The location is pretty decent, close to geneva airport and on the outskirts of Ferney-Voltaire, without being stuck on an industrial lot like most hotels. overall it was quiet and comfortable.

There was a continuous odor coming from the shower, making for a sobering realization with every visit to the toilet or shower.

All staff members were very friendly. The shuttle service, running to and from the airport (French side parking lot & car rental) was good. We also enjoyed the breakfast, room size, and hotel location.

The heater was permanently on in my room (not in other rooms, depending on the thermostats installed). The Nothing else I didn't like.
