Nicely sized rooms with coffee. Comfy beds and high quality bedding. Dark curtains make the sleep extra comfortable. Breakfast has nice choices. Omelettes are a great alternative to the under-cooked scrambled eggs.

Breakfast area gets busy and seating as well as food running out at peak times, as well as the feeling of mass tourism as it is a destination for bus groups. The toiletries in the shower have not been not refilled. Free transportation card is not automatically issued and sent out before check in. No response via booking messaging.

The location of the property is good.. The front desk staff was very friendly and really guided us well on the special offers for the tourist like the free travel card; places to visit and how to commute. Unlike other places, they were willing to help and give suggestions. Housekeeping was responsive and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Even after paying so much, they can't give 2 bottles of water? There was no staff to help us bring down the luggage.. this is least expected from such a level of hotel. These are not cheap hotels by any standard.

The room was very large, compared to many other rooms I’ve stayed in with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. There was a good restaurant in the lobby.

The carpets in the hallway and the floor trims were very old and damaged. The carpets in the elevator were extremely stained. This doesn’t give off a good impression. There was dog hair on the chair of my room, which was a turnoff. I told them about it and they offered to come clean it or change rooms. There was a dog show in town, so perhaps they had way more dogs in rooms than normal.

We are very glad that we stayed in this hotel, even just for one night. We were on the way to Chamonix to ski, therefore we decided to stay one night at Geneva before travelling to Chamonix. I want to especially thank the staff of this hotel. During our stay, my husband got a terrible toothache and was unable to sleep the entire night. The staff was very helpful and offered a lot of help to us. Calling many hospitals in the middle of the night for us and kept calling many dentists in the morning until they found a dentist appointment for my husband. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful comfortable hotel, close to the airport. We had a flight cancellation and needed a room at short notice and this provided the convenience and comfort we were looking for

Don't book through booking.com if it's last minute! Because it was booked out of hours (though it showed as available), the booking wasn't in the hotel system, so we were left trying to explain to the night porter at 2am, before we eventually booked a new room and resolved it with the (very capable and understanding) hotel management next morning

I was impressed with the location and free bus to the airport.

There was NO concierge when I arrived as he was busy. the french/ swiss young girl with dark hair/ glasses on the front desk was VERY rude to me and didn't want to help- she did everyting to make things difficult for me. SHAHIN however was absolutely amazing - he is a trainee and by far the BEST employee I met and who really treated me as a customer! Well done Shahin. you will go far.

1. The room was cozy and clean. 2. Airport shuttle was excellent and prompt. 3. Breakfast choice was very basic. Should be included in the room rate without extra charge. 4. Room service was excellent but little pricy for a family. Should have discounts for big family.

Their staff are amaaaaaaaaaazing.. especially a lady on front desk called Layla. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We took a family room, very spacious and worth the buck.. beds are comfy

Omelette was delicious my son ate 2 servings everyday .!! If I would thing about improvements, maybe add fresh juice instead of the packaged juice

Considering that the hotel has 4* I expected to find room slippers. also you can hear planes taking off, but that didn't bother me.

Well the hotel is expensive, but everything in Switzerland is. Apart from that, the room is spacious, breakfast is great, The internet is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade and we stayed in a luxury room on the last 14 floor with a fantastic view on Mont Blanc. It is about 5 minutes walk to a tram stop and about 15 minutes tram ride to Geneva centre.

Be aware that the parking is huge and once you are in, you should go to level -3 where the places for the hotel are. But when you are at that level it is a bit tricky to find the hotel spots because there are no indications and the level itself is like a maze. However, when you finally find them, they are well signed. They are coloured in red and the name of the hotel is written on them.
