lovely property nice restaurant and bar and the pool and grounds are great

the reception staff ordered a taxi for us which was overpriced significantly 90 euros for a 20 euro ride… left us in a difficult situation with the driver who blamed the hotel for booking him and said they knew of the price. the hotel said he took advantage of us as we were English and wouldn’t get in touch with the company that booked on our behalf. we saw the same driver back at the hotel the next morning so they are evidently aware of his over charging. it is very dishonest and we will be complaining to Novotel head office and the hotel manager. it is a shame as we loved our stay there. this ruined the whole evening out.

We loved the rural location of the hotel and the setting. The staff were excellent and always available to assist. Our room was quiet and had a lovely view at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast provided lots of choice, though the scrambled eggs were cold! We didn't go hungry! We would definitely visit again.

The scrambled eggs were cold, but didn't spoil our breakfast experience. The tap in our bathroom had a weak flow! We didn't like leaving!

We stayed here the night before a family wedding, the staff were extremely helpful and we had a lovely dinner after pre dinner drinks. It is in a beautiful location and allowed the whole party of family guests to relax.

The tap in our bathroom was not great, but minor issue and didn't spoil our stay. We came back for another 2 night stay after the wedding.

The breakfast was good, satisfying and enjoyable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast area was spacious and bright.

The flies were annoying and I think the display of food needs to be covered in order to stop flies from landing on the exposed food.

Super family friendly. Beautiful location and pool with outdoor games to borrow free of charge and relaxing area with hammocks and small playground. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant for family dinners. There is a train station in the town with direct line to Nord station Paris in 30min.

Rooms are a bit dated but was fine for our group.

Beautiful setting, wonderful old building with a lovely outdoor terrace to sit and seat/drink with lots of outdoor activities on offer including table tennis, badminton, pétanque etc. The restaurant and breakfast are situated in the old building which is lovely.

Family friendly place on a nice plot of land. It’s not overtly fancy but that was without the chateau being opened. The pool was great, as was the amazing staff. Would recommend for a place outside of Paris. We took the train in. very friendly and helpful staff, which you normally don’t find with kids. We also got to use the indoor pool with our kids.

Nothing major. Nothing too fancy. The food options aren’t amazing.

Beautiful location. Lovely pool and garden. It was like a dream.

There no food outside of restaurants hours. And no where close by to buy anything. We had to order food from uber because we arrived after the restaurant was closed.

Staff were lovely and the facilities were very good. The location of the hotel is beautiful, spacious and green. Perfect for someone travelling with children or a pet. Parking is big. Perfect stay, just too short!

My room was just above the entrance on the 1st floor. With the window open, it was noisy when people entered or exited. The smoke from people standing at the entrance came up into the room.
