The location was perfect for what we needed - close to the train station and the airport tram with good shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were always helpful, Bassem in particular and allowed us to leave our luggage with them while we were out on our final day.
The water from the shower took ages to drain completely and there was one obstinate pool which never dried in the night. But it’s a minor quibble. Likewise you have to accept high season is high prices.

Room was clean and modern. Hotel have great location.
There was no elevator in the building, but they helped with heavy luggage. Air conditioning did not have manual and it was on some kind of energy saving mode, as it stopped cooling when it had been on with an hour or so. It was heatwave and the room got hot againg on the night too and I woke up in the heat in the middle of the night.

The hotel is right next to the train station and the central shopping street. In the mid of the centre. Perfect location! The room has everything and is sufficient. I had problems with the air conditioning but changed rooms afterwards. recommended!

great location. Two minute walk from train station. 10/15 min walk from the main square Place Massena and sea front with beaches.
I only used the hotel to sleep and shower as I was out the majority of my time and I was solo travelling. The only thing I could say is they could probably change the carpet throughout as it made it seem unclean. No other issues for me other than that.

Great hotel just a few steps away from Gare Nice and center. Very friendly and helpful administrators :) Room was spacious and full of light, well-equipped, spacious bathroom. Regardless the building is just above the street, it is quiet at night. Additional bonus - magnifisent boulangerie just across the street.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room. Only stayed here for one night but it was great!
There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to carry it up flights of stairs- depending on what floor. Staff did offer to help carry luggage though.

Very central, 2 min away from the train station so perfect if you want to do daytrips to other cities. it‘s def not a luxurious stay but it‘s great if you‘re on a budget and are looking for a quiet, comfortable place (with AC in summer!) to sleep
