The hotel is on the promenade so its a lovely location and walking distance to all the local restaurants, beach, shopping centres, shops and the train station which is a 15-20 min walk. The staff really go out their way to assist you and give you lots of information which we really appreciated. Staff at reception were fab, I think it was Olga from Uzbekistan that checked us in and made us feel super welcome and gave us everything we needed, she went out her way for us, so thank you for that. Concierge were also great, they gave us fab tips for local restaurants, things to see and do. We really enjoyed our trip and the hotel was memorable. The sauna was nice treat after a long day of walking. The hotel is only a short trip from the airport, 15-20 mins on the bus and the other side is Monaco on the train which is about 20 mins.

Just be mindful, there are a number of hotels on the promenade that look a touch dated but it didn't really bother us, as inside was lovely and the staff went our their way to help us.

Location of this hotel is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to beaches, all shops, restaurants and Old Nice. The staff was wonderful, welcoming upon arrival and helpful with anything needed. Special thank you to the restaurant staff (poolside and for evening dinner)! They were especially incredible! The room size was very large with a large balcony too.

Everything else was amazing but there could be great improvement in the cleaning and maintenance of the floor and rooms. The shower grout was moldy and the toilet smelled like there was a leak the whole time. The bathroom was like a cheap hotel. Also, a musty odor on the entire floor as soon as you got off the elevator.

Definitely a good place to stay at with great staff, nice buffet breakfast, good fitness room, pool, great beach club nearby & great location. It’s a more elevated beach hotel that I would rate at a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The bedrooms have some wear and tear on them- specifically the carpeting (one day they should renovate and take out this carpeting completely since it would look much nicer) and the bathrobes they provide in the rooms should be replaced with newer ones. Just a little bit of a worn out feel in a couple of things, but not much! I’m only being picky because they rate it at 5 stars.

The hotel is very nice, front beach on the wonderful promenades des Anglais. Rooms were large and renovated, at least the King Camera @ 6th floor. Breakfast price is awful especially for us that eat just a cappuccino and brioche; however, you can find plenty of boulangerie around the hotel. Nice the presence of the hamman and sauna at the same floor (we did not checked if it was the same for the other floors).

The pool is small and the water for us was cold (28C is fine according to the manager) as we are used more to thermal temperatures.

The location of the hotel is very good with close proximity to shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially when our luggage went missing.

The dinner was very bad value and the choice on the menu wasn't great. The helpings served were very small. I just had a small starter, and my daughter had pasta as a main which was a small helping. She also had a dessert and we had 2 glasses of white wine. The bill came to 116 euro for an unsatisfactory meal.

The location of this hotel is fabulous! The rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfy. The pool area is fantastic and the food glorious. However! What is most impressive about this hotel is their staff. They are extraordinary at their jobs! From check in to check out and everything in between the level of customer service is of the highest level! They are at a blue chip level and I can’t praise the staff enough! In a magnificent hotel, the staff are hands down the stars of this establishment!!

Would have liked more info upfront about how to access & use the beach. The hotel has a relationship with the local beach club, for rental of chair/umbrella, but we had to ask about that. For a beach-front hotel, most guests probably wish to knoe how all that works, right when they check in.

Breakfast was wonderful! The staff, Ulrich and Nora especially, were incredible. So welcoming and so many options for our family. Our room was large! We also received an upgrade to the top floor and had a beautiful view of the mountain. It really was a cherry on top. The crib set up for our baby was great too!! The proximity to everything was perfect- beaches, 3 mile walk to mountain side restaurants, and city parks .

The room is a little dated, but it’s well taken care of. The pool was cold but still fun!

Good location along the Nice waterfront. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable well sized room with views. We ordered room service during our stay and the food was really exceptional for room service.

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet didn’t have a good selection/quality of food. We were surprised as it was a big contrast to how good the room service food was.
