Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse

Superb hotel… just the right location for a solo traveler. Metro stations only few minutes away and lots of eateries around the hotel. The hotel staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was served in buffet style and had quite a variety of food. I initially asked for a quiet room and early check in and my request were met. So I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Location excellent as metro was across the road and also supermarket across the road too. Staff extremely helpful Breakfast was excellent a good selection and the breakfast chef he was very good, happy and kind. Beds very relaxing and comfortable. Hotel was peaceful and it was good to get fresh air as the windows opened. Shower was excellent very neat and clean. It has a nice mini fridge. Location was good as it to 30 minutes by train to get to Eiffel Tower. Each room had a separate tv . 1 room had a wash basin and shower unit the other room had a wash basin and toilet

Once the sofa bed is pulled out there limited space to walk in the room.we had 1 room with a double bed and it had a wardrobe the other room beside it had the pullout sofa bed, it would have helped in that room if they put some shelves as we 4 had to share wardrobe in other room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse during my visit to Paris. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Firstly, the location is excellent. Situated in the lively Montparnasse neighborhood, it offers easy access to public transportation, including the nearby metro station, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops in close proximity, providing ample dining and entertainment options. The hotel itself boasts a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. I appreciated the efficiency of the check-in process, which was quick and hassle-free. My room was clean, well-maintained, and furnished with comfortable amenities. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing. However, I must mention that the bathroom, while newly built, was a bit compact. It would have been more comfortable if it were slightly more spacious. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience at Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse was enjoyable. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a decent selection of items to start the day off right. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable stay with an excellent location in Paris, Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse is a solid choice. With its convenient access to transportation, friendly staff, and pleasant accommodations, it provides a great base for exploring the city.

The limited space made it feel slightly cramped, especially in the bathroom area.

Good location, across the street you’ll find the metro. Catacombes is walking distance from the hotel. Good rooms, nice breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff.

The location was just about right, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice for the price. I was glad to get to experience a little bit of what local Parisians do in this area like going to stores after work, eating/drinking with friends and family at local restaurants. I also liked the fact the neighborhood has a good mixture of tourists and local people. I also enjoyed the updated shower and bathroom. The water was strong and nice for showers. We enjoyed light shows of the Eiffel Tower from our cozy balcony!

The room was a bit tiny for two people. I understand this is Paris.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful as they recommended food and places to visit nearby. We ran into some problem with our transport pass, and Alex provided good advice on possible resolution. Very much appreciate his helpfulness. The hotel is located near many eateries and shops. It is also near to 2 metro stations. However, the one across the hotel is sometimes closed due to maintenance.

The shower area does not have shower screen, and hence, for standing shower, the water will splash all over the floor and wet the toilet.

It was in the 14th Arrondissement which had a lot of history, super close to three subway stations and on a good line to get to change lines for other parts of the city. It was a little further, but we were up for the walks and learning the subway. Cabbed often too. Lots of places around for coffee, meals etc. The room was clean, nicely appointed and quite spacious for the three of us. Shower had hot water with excellent pressure, as did sink. Gracious staff that were all very attentive and spoke English when we struggled with our French, which was often!

Perhaps just that it was in a slightly further district so budgeting for the commute and really planning was key to our trip.

We booked this Hotel last minute due to some mess up with our earlier booking and we absolutely loved it. The Hotel is very close to the metro train station, has some amazing places to eat nearby and next to a hospital and pharmacy (since we had somewhat an emergency). The area near the Hotel felt safe and it was very easy to find. The room was spacious enough for a family of 3 as they provided an extra bed. Although the master bed is king size the additional bed only took away from the space in the room needed for luggage but we somehow managed. The room was cleaned everyday and the coffee pods replaced with fresh ones.

Would have liked more space in the room for luggage since we were travelling with a child. There should be instructions on how to operate the coffee machine.

The gentleman who worked the reception desk was outstandingly exceptional. He was accommodating, nicely spoken and genuinely wanted to help guests with anything and everything! The location of this hotel is perfect as you can get to anywhere in Paris via the bus or metro as they are right outside the hotel. the RER B line is less than 5 minutes away which is perfect for getting to and from CDG airport. There’s also a Monoprix supermarket across the streets and plenty of restaurants in the area.

The hotel is old therefore soundproofing is minimal. you have to be prepared to hear noise from other rooms, doors to the rooms and lifts slamming shut but it’s not a major problem

The hotel is in a very convenient place, near a metro station. From witch, it is easy to get to most landmarks. The breakfast served here is delicious and filling. The rooms (we booked rooms for two people and a family room) we found it to be a little too small, but, of course, this is Paris. The best part of this hotel was the staff, especially Alex - he was very professional helpful also he has a great sense of humor.

The double room could be a little bit bigger and spacious.
