Hot water, good wifi. Staff let us leave the luggages before check in and after check out without any issues.

Hotel staff was entering the room in our absence despite leaving "Do not disturb" message on the door knob, which compromised our sense of privacy. Also, part of cleaning service is leaving air condition on full (with only 20 degrees outside) which is really not eco friendly. Other than this all was good.

Could hear other clients in their bedrooms but that's life - no problem

Very nice little hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice style and very clean. Definitely has some character and charm about it.

Couldn't fault it in cleanliness or any other way. The only thing that let it down was some areas were a bit tired and needed redecoration to freshen up. For example, the main stairway walls were very tatty with paint and paper all coming off. Also the faux leather chair in our room was very tatty and the bathroom cupboard doors were very water damaged and needed throwing out for new ones. Just a bit of TLC needed and the place would be amazing!

The location is great. Very calm and pleasant and close to all the amenities of the Montparnasse area. Lovely building, comfortable beds, and very clean. Staff was friendly and always available. .

The only small issues were a couple of broken tiles under the shower and an occasional smell from the drain, but nothing to really be concerned with. Overall it was really good.

I was charged by the hotel twice as soon as I booked the room. When I arrived and asked for a return, they said it was not their fault, it’s the system had withdrawn the payment a second time. although they said they would cancel the second payment and promised that I would get the money back in my bank account, nothing of the kind happened yet, sadly. It might be not their fault, but the stay was a bit marred

Loved the location. A beautiful hotel with a lovely room. Staff were extremely helpful. Most facilities were very good and easy to use. Definitely worth the price. Located within walking distance of trams and nice restaurants and bars. Staff were more than happy to recommend places to go.

Air conditioning was not available which made it extremely uncomfortable on the hottest day of the year. Staff made up for it by giving us their fan but temporary lack of AC and limited fans were not ideal.

For a three-star hotel in a local neighbourhood of Paris, this delivered exactly what I was hoping for - a small but comfortable room, nice bathroom, convenient to the metro, away from the tourist crush. Not a four star but felt nicer than a three star. Staff was polite and helpful. Would stay again!

Classic small lift.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The location was walking distance to a metro and everything was accessible. All in all I was very please.

One thing that I would have welcomed, would be small coffee makers in the room!

Beautiful rooms, you have plenty of space, bathroom as well. Quiet place, finally!!! Clean room and comfortable beds.

No parking place... It's a pity. They've suggested us a parking place nearby, if i remember good, 500 m which would have been 40€/night...quite a lot...so we refused it categorycal...we found other solution with the parking pplaces next the hotel, on the street side parking places...

Had to make a last-minute booking so I was a lucky to find this hotel an hour before checking in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is quite good. Although central and close to the metro it's located on a small street away from the main avenue and therefore quiet.

The shower was missing a curtain. A/C was not available in the room I was in but it's currently being installed (the controls are there already).
