Clean rooms good staff

1. It's dangerous to get down in front of the main entrance of the hotel as its a bus line now which is very dangerous and strange for a hotel entrance. 2. No fridge in the room. 3. AC was not working 4. They don't keep kettle in the room, which means you can't make tea or coffee inside the room.

The hotel is new with excellent interior design. however, the condition of the rooms is deteriorating with furniture having visible signs of wear and walls having dirt and stains all over the place which makes an otherwise excellent experience feel underwhelming.

The breakfast, as well as the condition of the room, was really disappointing. The hotel is located in an area that has really bad traffic rush hour, so be prepared to spend 1,5 hours in a taxi.

It was our second stay at Episode and, as the last time, everything went great! Calm atmosphere, good everyday cleaning, fast and stable Wi-Fi. Also I would like to admit hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. One day A/C stopped working in our room, it was cold there, and there was no possibility to fix this issue quick enough, so we were offered an upgrade of the room and invited to the breakfast, everything with no extra charges. This was very kind and generous, and, in my opinion, shows that Episode cares about its clients. Thank you again, we definitely would stop here next time!

Not dislikes, but some personal preferences: It would be great to add some “do not disturb” sign if you don’t need cleaning at the moment. Also it’s written in the description that there is no mini-fridge and kettle in the room, so we knew that, but it would be nice to have them.

Everything was perfect. I liked the co-working room, where you can work in a quiet atmosphere. Staff were amazing, special thanks to Meri and Tornike, they were very helpful

I booked the deluxe suite and it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and bright. we used the gym everyday.

I arrived from Canada after a 13 hours flight and it was 5 am. the room was ready however they wanted me to pay equivalent to one night (95 lari) to do early check in. The early morning staff insisted on 3 pm check in not earlier! That never happened to me before at other hotels, usually if the room is ready, they let me check in early for free. I had to wander the streets of Georgia until 12 noon. Then I was exhausted so I went back to the hotel and insisted on checking in so the lady that was there granted an early check in right away. One other thing I did not like was that there was no fridge in the suite which is also weird and inconvenient for someone staying for 10 nights like I did.

There was no telephone in the room. if you need anything you have to go and ask for it. No kettle in the room, no tea no coffee only water.NO fridge or minibar in the room. If you have a car, it’s very very difficult to find parking. and if you find parking you have to pay 1 GEL per hour and it is so difficult to use the machines to pay for parking. no parking in front of the hotel to drop your bags. no one will help you to deliver your bags to room.

Very stylish hotel, staying there second time (first time was a business trip). Location is not perfect, but convenient in overall, taxi is not expensive in the city and they also have bus stop nearby. Food and staff are great. Great coworking space. I really like atrium and coffee machine nearby. They also have convenient chat in app if you need something

Sound isolation is rather poor. We weren’t unlucky to have a family with children, who were running from one room to another and loudly laughing at night. Not a fault of the hotel though, but it would be nice to get attention ti the sound proofing and maybe have some rules to respect your neighbors at the hotel. We couldn’t even complain to anyone, since there are no phones and nobody is answering to chat at night. We had an early flight this day and we’re very upset to leave without a proper sleep at night.

The property location for me is great away from the center 12-15 minutes by car and very quiet place. 5The facilities were ok , there is no kettle in the room but you can ask from the reception to get one , and there is no small fridge so if you need to put something you can ask the reception to put it in there restaurant fridge. Otherwise the staff were amazing and very helpful and we ask them all kind of questions and the respond with a smile. The restaurant of the hotel is open 24/7 which is great . The bathroom has شطاف which I was happy about the rooms were clean too.

We stayed at the Episode Hotel for a couple days. First of all, we were attracted to the hotel's prime location, interior design and its reputation for exceptional service. The hotel is situated in a prime location, just a short walk from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. We were able to easily explore the city on foot and found the location to be incredibly convenient. Our room was with backyard view. It was spacious and clean, and the most important quiet and free from any disturbances. The staff at the Hotel were excellent. They were friendly, efficient, and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed using the hotel's Gym, which was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a great restaurant with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, We had a perfect stay at the Episode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient experience.

I had the immense pleasure of staying at Episode Hotels during my recent trip to Tbilisi, Georgia, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of spectacular.
