We spent about one week in this hotel, we really felt like we were in Home.from where should i start ! Everything was excellent.The check in was so fast and cooperative , the recepation staff are very friendly (actually all the staff😃) , the room was so clean , the location of the hotel was perfect near the city center , very close to bus and metro station .For Muslims , there is Rinser in the Toilet 😅 I would for sure recommend this hotel to all my friends comming to Tbilisi and would stay there again if i came back 😊 Thank you all the staff for making our stay great .
I would recommend to add some bakeries in the breakfast.

Excellent location, accessible to old and new Tblisi. Ilo (Reception staff) was extremely helpful, I had an ankle injury and he was very attentive and kind, and helped us so much during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Due to COVID protocol, breakfast option was limited, but the staff is fast to respond with any requests.

Good location close to Rustaveli Avenue. Tea/ coffee in room. Very clean. Fridge in our room though not sure if it is provided in every room.
There were issues with electricity until around 11 pm- the front desk staff was not bothered about guest comfort. The owner came in later around 11 pm and is a nice man- he arranged for a candle in the room and apologized. Breakfast was average. The main issue was soundproofing- there is absolutely no sound proofing- we could hear everything clearly even with door and windows closed. There is no lift in the property- so need to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Rainfall shower did not have enough water output.

Location was not far to Liberty Square. 20 min walk or 1 metro station away. Short walk to restaurants, museum, etc. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good enough if you want to be around the city from morning to night. Just to keep your bags, have a shower and sleep. The staff are very sweet and friendly.
It interior seemed a bit dingy and outdated. The exterior felt like it was a building under renovation.
