Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel

The location , parking availability and the panoramic view in the room .

I was going for my honeymoon and prior to that i have requested to do all the arrangements in the room and after receiving the confirmation from the hotel i arrived to the hotel by 11 am and i was told that their is no rooms available at the moment so i had to wait till 3:30 pm to enter my room with no arrangements at all and after two days of my stay i went back to the hotel by 12 am and there was no electricity in the room . i called the reception and they only changed for me the room knowing that i was expecting something more since my stay was in a 5 stars hotel in a well known name ( radisson blu ) . i was very sleepy and i had to pack my things up to shift to a new room . The breakfast was everyday the same with limited varieties .

Location is great, and it’s a hotel that can arrange stuff for you on time. We asked for a car & driver to do a day tour outside of Tbilisi and they arranged it in 1h. Maria, our driver, was also excellent and very professional. Really liked the big room and the 24h room service. Cleaning was also excellent.

- Wifi was with no password and wasn’t working when sitting close to the windows. - TV had limited English options (mainly news) and no Eng movie channels. - While room was very big, we had a very small mirror located next to bathroom door and as a result it was hard to look on it. - If you don’t leave a deposit they lock your fridge. - Gym was very small and got very hot when 1 extra person was there. In the morning the sun hits it so you can’t use everything. Also it’s located on the top floor - I don’t love heights so found it bit scary.

Good location, beautiful view from the room. Breakfast was good. Amenities are good.

I booked Premium room with high floor room. They gave me lower floor and I felt there was discrimination as it was booked thru 'Booking.com'. Later I discovered there were definitely vacant rooms they could have given us. I had specifically requested higher floor in my comments during the booking process. Booking.com should have a strong priority with these hotels and the Front desk staff should be made aware. Later they said that coming days we could change, but after unpacking, you cannot quickly shift.

A good range of amenities both indoor and outdoor. The first floor restaurant/bar served as the breakfast area in the morning, coffee bar & balcony during the day and restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating in the evenings. It was very relaxing and welcoming regardless the time of day. There was also an Asian/fusion restaurant on the ground floor which also served coffee during the day. The top floor spa and pool was very useful for ease of access and offered a wide variety of facilities (dressing gown, slippers, lockers, relaxation room, sauna, wet room, etc.)

We didn't use the outdoor pool as unfortunately smoking was allowed in this area of the hotel and for some reason the smoke seemed to linger rather than be blown away. The smell of smoke hit you as soon as you walked into the pool area.

We stayed in the panoramic room which was excellent. The view over the river was lovely, with ample space in the room to relax. The location is good, gives you the chance to soak in the streets and surrounding areas as you walk to freedom square. We enjoyed staying slightly out of the busier areas.

I found the staff to be rude at times, rather unhelpful and generally disinterested. Which came as a shock to me considering that it is a 5 star hotel. I made a special request for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room the next morning which unfortunately went ignored. Quite disappointing. Comparing this stay to several other Radisson Blu experiences, I must admit it was disappointing, starting upon arrival in which our room was 45 minutes late for check in.

The housekeeping didn't change bed sheet and pillow covers,, be careful they are not following covid 19 safety measures, even 5 stars measures. I called the front office asking for hotel GM to report the housekeeping issues and GM didn't call me back The lobby is not well furnished They didn't put any amenities inside the room even they know we are honeymooner The housekeeping didn't refresh the coffee capsule in minibar The minibar fridge is empty They are asking for 50 Lari as guarantee for powder adopter, which is very cheap approach for 5 stars guests. I am rating this hotel as 8 vs other 5 stars hotels in Georgia, but if I want to rate the hotel vs international standards, they will get 5 only

Location and panoramic room are very good

Location is perfect! Nearby Metro station. Breakfast is outstanding! Rooms are clean, sound isolated and equiped with everything you need for a business trip and beyond! Pool and sauna on the top floor with spectacular view!

1) Cleaning staff operates not very quick. And it is not about room cleaning service. Few times at the territory of the hotel I observed signs of dirt, even in the restaurant, at breakfast time cleaning was not well enough and not very speedy. 2) The bathroom had hurible smel from the drain hole in the shower area but it was fixed in one day after I addressed respective complain.

The Oasis Pool Club is fantastic, the food served at both Umami and Felini were delicious, and the view from our room was impressive. The bed was comfortable and both the bath and shower were terrific.

The toilet is located inexplicably far from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a lack of functional, comfortable places to actually sit and relax in your room, as the two couches are bristly and uncomfortable. We had to call three times, and wait over an hour, to get a pillow brought up to our room for my pregnant wife.

Location was close to old city, the room view was perfect. The facilities such as swimming pool spa center, casino and restaurant were nice.

The room service was so week and slow when we order food we had to wait more that 1 hour to arrive it in room . Also the restaurant’s staff were so slow . When we went to restaurant to have dinner we expected more that 2 hours . At last I’m not satisfied with room service.

Huge room, super comfy, and all staff super attentive. We got a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast and terrace are out of this world. Really good location

There is a disco down in the street with loud music until 3am on Friday, and 5am on Saturday. The sound insulation is great, still we were able to listen the continuous deep beats. We were afraid our 2 years old daughter would wake up
