B&B Hotel Hamburg-Wandsbek

Quick and smooth access, check in and check out. Clean, bright and functional modern rooms. Enough space for 3 adults and third bed as good as the others. Practical location, easy to reach and also to leave Hamburg by car. No hotel car parking but easy to use the adjacent garage at the shopping center and ReWe. Very nearby underground and commuter train station with frequent trains to downtown in about 15 minutes. OK breakfast and WiFi.

Slight smell of sewage in bathroom at arrival.

Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. Good shower for the bathroom size. Key code entry means you don't have to carry keycards around. Great location near shops and public transport, so city centre is 15 minutes away.

On a fairly busy road - though if you close the window you really can't hear it. But because of that and the small room, we had to keep the slightly noisy aircon on.

That I have to pay the bill immediately. Arrived on the 31.08.23. My pension was not yet on my account.I told the staff to pay the bill next day. It was not possible, because I booked with booking.com. She also talked about their check in system would make it impossible to pay the next day the bill.

We paid an extra 10 Euros for the breakfast but it was a great typical German breakfast with buns, bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, tee, juice and coffee. Well worth the money. Rooms were smaller, but clean and comfortable. There is a U-Bahn and S-Bahn stop just across the way as well as grocery stores, a pharmacy and Döner places nearby.

The staff at the check-in has been very friendly. The room was clean and sufficiently large. The same applies for the bathroom that was fully furnished with towels and the basic cleaning tools. 3 to 5 minutes of walk from the underground and the urban train station. Near to different supermarkets and fast food restaurants.

Nothing relevant to highlight The neighborhood is probably not among the most central and nicest in Hamburg by night. Still, we haven't found any security issues. Maybe it would have been nice to find room for a small fridge.

Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It's a noisy neighbourhood but it was perfectly quiet in the room. The train station and supermarket are around the corner. You're in the city centre in no time!

The room was quite small for 3 people. Sufficed for a city trip, but expect it to be a little cramped.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Very close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station with nice connections to the airport, main railway station and the city centre. The room is rather small, but it contains all the necessary elements (including e.g. air conditioning, a small table and a hair dryer). Breakfast is rather decent, however, only boiled eggs were available as a hot meal.

Location close to many shops and restaurants. Metro station nearby in 10 minutes takes you to the central station. Clean. Good Wifi. Quiet. Daily cleaning. No room key, you get a code instead. No check-out, just leave.

Central air-conditioning, you cannot alter the temperature and the air was too cold. If you shut it down it gets a bit warm in the room. So either too cold or a bit warm inside the room. One of the staff doesn't speak English at all.

Very close to public transportation. You can use train line or metro which are close to each other. Also big markets available in a short distance.

Location of the hotel is perfect, very well connected with the city center and main train station, easy check-in. You got all nessessery things to stay in a hotel provided.

Not much, to be honest price could be lower but it is Hamburg so it is understandable.
