Our family of seven with five tweens and teens aged 10-16 had a wonderful stay at the 3Sixty. The hotel is located perfectly in the town center close to restaurants, shops, the square and harbour. The rooms are airy with high ceilings and cleaned very well. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Only during the busier times in the weekend you can hear some noices from the street and night life. The restaurant located in the same building served a choise of breakfast each morning and we could have everything from pancakes, omelettes to bread and cheese. Coffe was great and fresh orange juice as well. There is also the possibility to use a small gym at the sister hotel in walking distance. Th best thing is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone who worked there was so helpful, kind and extremely serviceminded. They helped with everything from restaurant suggestions, directions to different beaches, ordering taxis as well as transfers to/from the airport. When our flight was cancelled right before our arrival they helped re-arrange our transfer from the airport without any hassle - keeping in close contact at all times and making it possible to arrive at the hotel in the middle of the night. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to visit Nafplion to stay here.

The only thing that could be improved was the wifi - free but not the most high speed.

Interior decoration and styling, comfort, location & staff politeness

I booked a room with a fireplace intently, but there was no mentioning during the booking that the logs are charged separately on top. I think it’s fair that if you pay more for a room with fireplace you get to have at least the first load of logs to use included. And in any case it should be mentioned during the booking. Differently the property and our stay was exceptional!

very good location, spacious room with nice additional touches such as snacks and wine in the room to greet you. Smelt and looked lovely and clean with good quality linen and furnishings. Breakfast choice was very good and fresh with bar and restaurant available. Beach towels on request and charming front desk. A discount card is provided for use at the restaurant and bar which is a nice touch.

Although a breakfast form was filled out the night it took time to be served as it seemed slightly short staffed in the morning but sitting in the peaceful location was not a hardship! The choice was good but the experience could be more streamlined/efficient but this is a very small niggle. If the room given is above the restaurant it can get noisy at night

Reception staff were very efficient and helpful. Room was luxurious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful no complaints at all about the accommodation.

Breakfast and bar service were ok but not of the expected standard. After initial service it was difficult to get the attention of staff. Breakfast was served and waiter disappeared so we could not have another coffee. After ordering the first cocktail we waited for more than 20 minutes before giving up having another. There were plenty of staff and not hugely busy but most waiters avoided eye contact. I had stayed here pre-covid and it was much better so this has probably had an affect.

lovely room and shower , breakfast is made to order and super fresh, we lad double shot lattes, omelets , pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit , fresh squeezed orange juice to die for . bread, jams, honey pastries all served individually not a buffet. the staff are charming. we were there for Easter holiday so it was loud late at night and we were in the highest suite away from it so bad for us but if that’s the culture oh well we are old and early to bed! the first day the front staff literally walked with us to her car so we could have her spot-again who does that in the US? It was a really busy weekend so parking at the port is really hard to get. This is a historic area so no parking at any of the hotels- everyone parks at the port or on the street (no thanks). Once the Easter holiday ended- it wasn’t so difficult. We so loved the are we extended our stay and moved tot heir sister hotel Ippolito- cute but the breakfast is no where near as good there. They moved our luggage for us drug huge suitcases between rooms and wouldn’t accept tips. I have never been anywhere with such accommodations and the one sleepless night due to band noise- well I forgive them I would avoid holiday weekends just like at home in the US. Loved the mattresses- fabulous. Sheets were to die for. This was the cleanest hotel I have been in for the past 2 years. I have stayed in many US hotels lately and between the crap service due to “covid” and the awful cleaning because “we can’t enter except one per week”- I can say I am happy to spend my $$$ in Greece! They turned the air on for us in our room even though maintainence was gone. I just could go on and on about how accommodating the staff was. It’s a no-brainer to stay here !

Remote parking no designated but that’s the way it goes in this town. I did love the walkability to the many restaurants and taverns. We are well traveled and I knew to expect this parking issue- what I didn’t quite get was the craziness at night for this Easter break. Loud music from their restaurant on the weekend was bad. I will say I am very sensitive to car or street noise and booming drumbeats. LOL.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous with cool design and a comfortable bed. Nicely presented breakfast and towels for the beach available on request. The location was great too.

The only thing which wasn't ideal was the building work that was going on next to the hotel (September 2021) which of course is out of the hotel's control. It didn't interrupt our sleep but due to Covid breakfast was served outside and it was quite noisy. We were out sightseeing and at the beach during the day so it didn't really affect us other than at breakfast. You could request that breakfast be served to your room though. You may be able to sit inside now if the Covid restrictions have been eased. Despite this, it was a wonderful hotel and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people.

exceptional service. And I mean exceptional. World class service here. It’s also clean , comfortable and romantic.

most ridiculous light switches ever imagined. If you hired someone and said “Invent me the worst, most absurd, most difficult light switches possible” he would need to do nothing - just copy the light switches in the 3 Sixty Hotel.

Very nice staff, a amazing convenient, spacious and stylish room with a very good bed, great food for dinner and breakfast. Moreover the hotel is centrally located. We were unlucky because of the weather. We couldn't wish for a more safer and nicer place to stuck to then the 3 sixty hotel.

This is a lovely place, by far the best to stay in Nafplio. The location is perfect - right in the centre of the old town. It's a little bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the cafes and restaurants outside, but that's life - and in any case the noise is pretty much over by midnight. The breakfasts are great and the place itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean - but it's the staff who really make it sing. In particular, thank you to Maria on the reception desk, who was lovely and helped us to book our Covid tests before our return home, among other things. We really enjoyed our time here.
