All was nice. Polite staff Nice lobby Cozy place for the restaurant Pool looked nice but didn't use it cause of the cold outdoor temperature Recommend for city hotel especially in autumn and winder time. Spacious room

Need improve variety of meals Please add slipers on the room, especially winder time is a must and few towels more. Room renovate probably in speed mood and some wall details never cleaned up properly. Glass on the balcony is not soundproof and the noise from the street was awfull. Pillows need improve or variety , at least 2 for every person.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and the housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. The food was really nice and plenty of choice. However, it is not A La Carte dining and for those expecting this you will be disappointed. However for the price you pay it is more than acceptable. The only downside is the bar and the use of paper cups if taking outside to the pool. However not sure plastic tumblers would be any better. Bar staff were helpful, but with generally only one person on duty you might have to wait a bit. Location is amazing with a 10min walk to the Old Town and the Acropolis and a 25 min walk to the new town. We had a lovely break and could not fault our accommodation or the staff and for what we paid, it was amazing. Thank you.

The bar set up, however the staff were friendly and helpful and it didn’t spoil our break.

Lovely hotel in Central location.. all inclusive and very kind and friendly staff. Water and tea and coffee facilities are supplied in the rooms which is a welcome touch. Food is very nice. Luggage storage is available if you have a late flight and you can still use the hotel facilities after check out.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in , mostly because of the staff. They made our staying there great 😊 especially Katerina, Inna, Mateo, Maria and Ranja. We have a little baby and they made sure we had everything we needed and kept playing with our baby and giving her love all the time . For the first time was hard for us to say goodbye to the staff , hope we will met them again ❤️ The hotel rooms were spacious and had everything we needed + were cleaned everyday. The balcony was spacious as well and we had a far view of the sea as we were in the 4th floor . The location was good 10 min from old town and about 20 min from the beach (we didn’t liked the beach that was near though so we had to rent a car to visit other beaches). The food was good , has a variety of dishes but it was the same style everyday and you get bored of it after a few days .

We didn’t liked that the restaurant, the bar and the pool are almost at the same place . Was hard for us to have a meal or a drink at the restaurant or the bar because of our baby running to the pool the whole time. In the evening though the pools doors were closed so it was better for us .

Noise from the street and very thin walls. And ants in the room, and it’s a lot!

-location (if you want to visit and see the city of Rhodes) - the room was comfortable with plenty of space and a renovated bathroom - the staff was very friendly - Although there was a large number of hotel residents, the staff did whatever necessary to keep the hotel clean - Available parking space

- the food was of poor quality. From the second day we decided to eat lunch and dinner outside the hotel. The quality of the food is not equivalent to a 4 star hotel.

Each and every member of staff are very helpful, friendly and polite, and they all work really hard. The rooms are very comfortable and are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding/towels, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. The All Inclusive is great value for money, there is an excellent variety of food to choose from and also of good quality. A large selection of non- alcoholic/alcoholic drinks are also provided. Katerina's team in the restaurant/bar were exceptional. Thank you, to all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable 👏👏❤❤

Breakfast, some of the food was not nice e.g tinned mushrooms and cheap baked beans

As for the food it was various and tasty however coffe could be a bit better. Coctails on the bar was a bit too sweet for me, but Ouzo was really good and refreshing. Great staff - always helpful, always smiling - awesome people!!! Room was not too big, but very neat and clean, bad was very comfortable and AC worked as it should. Bathroom was also very nice, with rain shower and a lot of room around the sink where you could keep your cosmetics. The location is also very good. Everything was pretty much in a walking distance - 5 mins to the Old Town, 15 mins to the wavey beach and beautiful rocky coast, 20 mins to the marina with a lot of boat trip attractions. If you are planning a long distance trip, there is a Car Rental company just few steps away from the Hotel - super convenient! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would deffinitely recommend this Hotel to everyone.

The pool is a bit small, and when there is a lot of guests it’s becoming quite hard to get a spot.

The location for access to the historic Old Town is perfect, so easy to walk to. The spacious room and walk-in shower with good provision of shower/shampoo, coffee and tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good attention to hygiene in the dining area.

Lack of storage facilities within the room. Lack of public area toilet facilities serving the pool area, bar, and restaurant, only two toilets for women. No pool shower, that we could find. No signs advising not to jump or dive into the pool, which should be present as there is no lifeguard and people sunbathe on the edge of the pool.
