Mitsis La Vita Beach Hotel

Location. The sea view from the room was absolutely unbelievable 😍 👌 The beach was perfect just 20m from the hotel. The sea was clear and beautiful, but a bit cool +20° only. Very friendly staff at the reception.

It was needed to have dinner in hotel Mitsts Petit Palace. We knew that, but queues were irritated.

Location to Old town and the proximity to the beach. You can walk everywhere in Old Town. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was very clean. Cook to order eggs and crepes were great.

Seaview room was very small. Limited plugs for electronics. No nightstands. Small closet. Seaview was nice in the morning, but late afternoon early evening the sun set directly into the room and the heat was unbearable. The AC could not keep up even with the heavy blinds closed. Did not use pool .. Small and always crowded but since we were across from the beach, not a big issue. Breakfast was decent but hot items not very hot. Noise carries throughout for and between the floors. Crying babies and loud partiers a couple of the days. Noise outside from busy traffic was loud. Area around hotel had a lot of clubs and sex stores, clubs.

Excellent location. All the city attractions - aquarium, the port, the old town, within walking distance, The hotel is located on the shores of the Aegean Sea and only 5 minutes walk from the Mediterranean Elli beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and varied dinners are served at the neighboring Mitsis Petit Hotel.

The hotel is very good, the only thing that would be advised to improve is the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, this quality of breakfast is not very solid. But the staff is great, thank you very much for the good service.

Excellent service, staff are friendly and the location is amazing. When we first got our original room the air conditioner was broken so we got upgraded for a better room with a sea view for free! The room is magnificent, we loved to enjoy the view and to sit and relax. We liked the buffet that was constantly changing menu every night so it wouldn’t be boring. The food is delicious! We arrived to the hotel late so they were able to give us lunch as well for missing dinner.

The breakfast was not really well organized as it was a small place. The food was okay

We enjoyed our stay in Mitsis La Vita during our September vacation as the hotel covered all points that we were looking for: - closed to the beach (to both Mediterranean sea and Aegean sea) -closed to several restaurants / pubs / supermarkets -tasty and varied breakfast (from fresh fruits, homemade cakes, pancakes, Greek yogurt etc.) -the room was cleaned daily, good bed mattresses, air conditioner - hotel organized in some of the evenings live music and created a very nice atmosphere I would like to thank Mrs. Christine from hotel reception which was very kind to us, helpful when we has some request to her in regards to accommodation. Also I like the fact that they are always thinking also to their "little" guests and my 7 year son was really happy to receive as present a wooden game " noughts & crosses". For sure we will come back again at this hotel as this was our second time ( first time was in July 2021).

It is very easy to reach the hotel from the port by taxi. All the taxi drivers (there was a shortage of them) were very happy to take us, probably due to the distance. Service at the reception (Antonis) was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all our queries. Rooms were spacious and all the amenities were adequate. We opted for the half-board package and had breakfast at the hotel, and dinner at their sister hotel (Mitsis also) across the road. Both are really worth it - the variety and spread of food was excellent! I think above all, the hotel should be very proud of all its staff. Every one of them we met was very friendly and polite.

The room was not what we had booked (balcony and direct sea view). They provided us two options, either to take a room with partial seaview and a balcony or direct seaview without balcony (but the windows could be opened). But despite of that we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is great, on the beach and not too far from anything. The staff in the hotel was absolutely wonderful and very very helpful, couldn't ask for more! The breakfast is very nice and varied, you have a large mix of everything to change your preference every day. The air-conditioned in the room is very good and was very appreciated during our stay.

No AC in the lobby of the hotel and if you have to spend there even 10 minutes in the summer its too much with the heat and humidity.

Every single staff was very helpful , thank you so much to Zara and the other staff members , there are very friendly ,helpful and positive. The hotel and the room is very clean. The location of the hotel is amazing. close to the city centre. The best chefs in the world working this hotel !!!

Perfect location and the view to the sea and the sunsets. The guy at the reception was a real professional, always helpful and he had all the answers.

The breakfast was good, but there was no fresh juice, it was more like water with some color and sugar. Also there was a customer coughing heavily every morning and not wearing a face mask. The staff should have done something, because this person stood in front of the foods coughing. Corona or not, but it was not nice.
