Kimberley Hotel

The place was spacious enough and clean. However, just like the previous comment I read about this hotel, they place their free bottled waters inside the restroom which is really unhygienic. The luggage storage was located at the groundfloor and it was very helpful since we got to the hotel earlier than the check-in time. Everything was smooth from check-in to having our rooms cleaned everyday, up to our check-out. It is also located in the middle of the city, surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. A 10min walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui station. The Exit B1 of TST Station is the closest to the hotel way.

We didn't entered the breakfast because they couldn't receive USA Dollar, and credit card. We've arrived at night, the change store was closed at the street, and it opens genrally after 10am,and we had an appointment for a trip at 10:00 am So we decided not to have any meal in your Hotel.

The room is comfortable. WiFi is good. Location is good.

The toilet not working properly. The lifts are a bit slow, especially if catching them on the G floor. The air conditioning is hard to adjust. on many occasions, I have to turn off my air-con.

I didn't like Booking.com lack of help regarding my previous hotel, Majestic 7. Such an AWFUL hotel should not be included in the list at all. I paid Euro 300 with no assistance from Booking.com. I am seriously thinking of changing Booking.com for Kayak.

Near to the City Centre and accessible to MTR, buses stations and surrounded by shops and restaurants to dine in.

The cleanliness of the room especially the floor carpet in our rooms was so dirty. As we moved the bed we seen a lot of rubbish underneath. One more thing is the room aircon was so disgusting it was so noisy when we turn it on.

I saw stayed here for the second time because of the price and location. The hotel was located in Tsim Sha Tsui therefore it was very convenient. The room was old fashioned but clean and in very good condition. I could smell cigarettes while walking from a lift to my room. But my non smoking room worked just fine.

The check in process took a bit longer than other hotels. But it wasn’t a big deal.

Have been staying here since I was young, now that I have my own family I continue the tradition! Yes, hotel may be a bit outdated, but its still serves its purpose, excellent value for money, and perfect location in the heart of TST!

Good location for staying and traveling around HK-KL. Have a language deposit when you early check-in and check out. Good servicesmind for staff.
