Hard Rock Hotel Goa

Everything from the staff, food and size of the place as well as the actual hotel itself, the decor etc Staff were so kind and attentive just like in a 5* hotel, food was incredible and was nice to get such a variety on the menu! They got something slightly wrong one time I ordered and they went above and beyond to make sure it got corrected as well as we had to change rooms and they were just so lovely and quick about it all, cannot fault the staff or food!! Loved that the pool stayed open till 10pm so so cool! And there was live music nearly every night, really such a lovely vibe!

This is not a 5* hotel it’s more of a 3* just bare this in mind, if it was advertised as this there would be no problems and it would have better reviews as the food and attendance of the staff is immaculate. It just need a major renovation, there was revelations going on but it shouldn’t be advertised as 5* till they’re done. And didn’t like how there was so much tax added ontop of the food/drink (about 20%) which wasn’t added onto the price so you had to calculate it yourself when ordering to actually work out the price I’m also not sure if they use tap water for ice in their drinks but me and my friend had very back stomachs on the way home and there’s nothing else it could have been so this should get looked at!

I recently had an incredible stay at Hard Rock Hotel Goa and would gladly give it a five-star rating. The hotel's central location is a major plus, placing it within easy reach of renowned beaches like Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, and Candolim. The convenience of exploring these famous spots made my trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection at the hotel is simply amazing, offering a wide variety that caters to different tastes. The large pool is a standout feature, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Goa. What truly sets this hotel apart is the spacious and well-appointed rooms, a rarity in Central Goa. I want to express my gratitude to the exceptional staff, especially Manoj, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute room change request. Special thanks to Vilatha from Guest Relations and Sebastian for their efforts in arranging a delicious packed breakfast for our early morning travel. Their dedication and hospitality added a personal touch to our experience, making our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Goa truly memorable.

Property is well designed Every thing is nearby You reach anywhere in no time Staff is par beyond excellence Very courteous, family friendly Location which no other hotel can match in north Goa Lots of Restaurants and eateries near this property Not on main road so vehicle noise is minimal Advantage to travelers like me bcoz we prefer peaceful property. This is no rain shower in bathroom No hot water Only like warm Rooms are maintained but old If renovation is done It will a grt property for people visiting Goa

The service is top notch. Mehraj and Vilatha at the front desk are polite and customer centric. Would also like to mention Alex at the restaurant was very accommodating to our numerous requests. Customer service, staff and the pool are this property’s usp

The maintenance of the property and the lack of feeling of luxury. We were upgraded to the rock suite which had a living area and a not too large bedroom. All corridors leak water constantly. On one night water started leaking into the living area of our suite. I would expect a lot more decadence and top notch maintenance for the money I paid per night

The food u order at the room is amazing but the buffet u take literally is just okaish And also the atmosphere is good The staff is amazing specially the girl named anokha is is really sweet and everyone there is helpful but make sure to check whether the rooms they have given completes ur requirement as mine has promised a pool view which was not actually provided and the breakfast was just okay even after paying soo much and make sure to check blankets before from inside because mine was quite dirty in the start but I got it changed to new one which was fresh and hotel is okay but the staff is great they are humble kind and cooperative 🤌

Staff right from reception to checking in to restaurants to checking out, everyone is so professional, courteous and helpful. Staff is the biggest plus of this property. The hotel is very clean and feels really good.

The facilities, especially the restaurant/breakfast place is too small to handle a big crowd, everyday breakfast was a struggle. Although the staff tried their best to keep up the service but the place is just too small. It didn’t felt like a restaurant breakfast but just a canteen. This was the biggest let down.

2nd visit. Super clean, very welcoming, comfortable, friendly. We were unwell when we arrived - the staff person assigned to us went above and beyond to help us. Restaurant brekky buffet was plentiful. Great pool. Gym was adequate too. Easy access to everything.

Super-super loud music until late at night - but it is the Hard Rock Hotel after all. Didn't like that everyone literally sits around the pool watching you swim - but that is most resorts anyway hey.

The vibe of the hotel and the location. STAFF was very courteous , helpful and very cooperative. Special shoutout to Ms Jeru, Akurti, Ankush and Piyush at the reception.Ms Anokha was very efficient in managing the morning rush at the buffet along with Deepak.Gopal at the pool side was helpful as well. Housekeeping Staff Sabir was proactive and replenished the room amenities making sure the room was always neat and tidy .

The room towards the kitchen side which was assigned earlier was too noisy.

We had a pleasant stay at Hard Rock, Room was very good with pool view, room service was also very good, staff is courteous and "ready to help" attitude. Best part was music which was giving Hard Rock feel. Overall it was good 👍 Thank you Hard Rock team.

I feel Looby area on ground floor outside rooms was not that much maintained as compared to first floor. Rooms with pool view are the best attraction but I feel other non pool view rooms will not have a good view as outside hotel area is congested on the sides..we stayed on first floor with pool view so it was fine for us 😊

Location, Property, Staff, Food, Friendliness, cab facility infront if property. We were only 2 female travelers who were initially skeptical about the trip. But just loved everything about the property , safety . Room- twin bed. It was comfortable and spacious. Well lighted and room service was great too. The bar Tonic is great. Music is great. Restaurant is good and service staff was great. The cab service is just outside the gate and friendly and reasonable unless you are looking for cheaper alternative. The hotel security notes down the vehicle numbers whenever we were picked from property. Everything is in walkable distance and we felt safe. The lane of the hotel is fine and we have walked around till 11pm without issues. Later than that we have taken cabs.

There were some moisture / black patch in bathroom corners. No latch in bathroom
