Park Inn by Radisson Goa Candolim

Pool good , roomed cleaned good, food restaurant good , reception good

The rooms were so dismal….they need brightening up …..a bit tatty …also too many steps….maybe white paint instead if varnish….coloured cushions curtains…balcony too small and too hot to sit on

Service throughout was very good, on arrival I was warmly greeted by a smiling Debo who kindly took my luggage to my room which was a bonus since there was no lift. For what I paid and the level of service the staff was impeccable and attended to my needs when requested. Sudipta who cleaned my room each day was very good and attentive and was nice of him to ask me each morning if everything was ok. Was nice to be greeted with a smile by Maira in the morning reception area, she was great and always asked how my day was and if there was anything that could be done to make my stay more comfortable. Unfortunately the lock to my room malfunctioned and the mtce team was called out (2am in the morning), great guys got eventually back into my room and the door lock was swapped the following morning. I did think about my belongings, and at this point I asked Maira if she didn't mind supervising the mtce team while I went out for the day (btw I did have the option of changing my room, was to lazy to move my bags lol). To surmise, the staff are fantastic, the breakfast offers a good selection of both East and West. The location is great, the bed is very comfortabl. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay memorable.

The lat pull-down machine in the fitness room is broken. Compared to what I'm used to I found the outdoor pool had too much chlorine in it. The hotel and staff are great, traveling from the UK I think some of the local Indian guests can be a bit rude by skipping the queue in the breakfast line, this could be managed by the staff observing who is first in line. Staff are A** , and bless them for putting up with some of the awkward guests I experienced during my stay.

It was well within the price range I was looking for. The staff from the moment I arrived to when I left were so attentive and happy to do whatever was needed to help make our stay amazing. Maira was an exceptional member of staff who found us every morning to inquire if our stay was comfortable and was there anything we required. My young room cleaner was so amazing when anything went wrong A/C dripped water he had someone over to fix it immediately. I could go on and on about the staff. They are what makes a hotel better. They are a credit to the hotel and themselves. You guys ROCK !!! Thank you Garth Mangan. Australian Visitor.

Anything I didn’t like was fixed straight away. Could use a better set up gym. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh. Restaurant staff and Chefs were all great. What I didn’t like was I had to leave to go home. Please always have plenty of pool towels ready at all times.

We had booked 2 Rooms 4 PPL Family. Vacation From 20 Oct to 22 Oct 2023. Rooms are new, spacious with balcony. The new building has lift for senior citizen. Debarata our room concierge 6404 and 6401. Very good in communicating skills. Helped us in making good decisions. Friendly, helpful, kind hotel staff. Morning Breakfast was amazing and widespread. Mr. Debojit captain of restaurant special mention to him. He manages his team very well. All the restaurant staff are hardworking and on toes. Mr. Saqlain the restaurant staff member twice helped to get masala chai from kitchen. Evening dinner at restaurant was good. Parking team was professional. Overall good experience.

Rooms bedsheet were not clean at the time of checking in we did mention to change bedsheet. But it wasnt changed. We called the housekeeping team but they seemed too busy. We asked for Good night mosquito repellent, towels or bottles. It didn't come to room and we called again after 30 mins to remind them again. Because of this I will rate them low.

I loved the friendly staff and the atmosphere of this hotel. Maira from reception was very helpful in all our enquiries and Debararta helped with our luggage and room and always with the most helpful smile that nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and the many cafes and shops. We dined at the hotel and the food is delicious and portions good. Our holiday experience was perfect that we decided to return to the park inn after a few days in south Goa. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying in Candolim.

There is not a lot not to love about staying here.

The staff has been extremely helpful to provide us with the best comfort. We initially booked a deluxe but got a free upgrade without a say especially Deboo who was caring enough to make sure we were enjoying the property. We stayed for 3 days and he provided support to make us extremely satisfied with our stay with such a nice gesture by providing us with packed breakfast to catch our early morning flight during our checkout! I would want to take a minute to thank him enough as i did not receive a kind and welcoming first impression but when he got to know about our situation, he was right there to help us and to check everyday on us.

Our stay at the Park Inn by Radisson was a wonderful and comfortable stay thanks to the lovely staff, especially Maira from guest relations. A few hours after we had checked in, we noticed a strange smell coming from the toilet of our room which we initially dismissed as maybe a temporary issue. But by the next day, the smell had gotten slightly stronger. After informing the front desk, Maira was at our room in a few minutes and after assessing the situation immediately offered to move us to another room. While we were at our spa appointment, our luggage was moved to a newly renovated and upgraded room (we had already pre packed our luggage) and it was a welcome change!! The rest of our stay was wonderful, and not to forget Debo the bell boy and Neeta from the spa who also made our stay worth it! Great food, great staff and wonderful service makes this a definite place to stay in Goa especially if you are in Candolim and are looking for a nice quaint but modern property!!

Nothing it was perfect!

I stayed here for one night with family .I would like to mention the moment my cab reached there entrance there was a person to meet and greet.It was a hassle free check in.The person who received us Mr Debabrata was the awesome man.He made us comfortable as there was time to check in.Then gave us rooms and his personal number for any assistance.Rooms were very comfortable.nice curtains bed .there was hair dryer also in the washroom..lot of greenery and pool was very nice. If I mention the breakfast buffet it was also amazing.lot of variety and taste in the buffet..chef who served us live dosa hot pooris was very smiling and cooking by heart. The staff in the buffet restaurant was very nicely catering everyone's need.The food quality was good. Mr Debabrata made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff- Roushan, Debratta, and Chandan were really helpful and supportive of our needs. We had an early morning flight at 7am and they helped us on their own by offering breakfast at 4am which we had on our way. We had no idea that we could get breakfast at such early morning and didn’t even ask them for it.. May god bless the staff and the rooms were also very nice and comfortable. We liked the food as well at the restaurant. Sandeep- the F&B executive was also very friendly and helpful and took great care of us.

My self and my wife were travelling from Hyderabad to Go to celebrate new year and our 35th marriage anniversary which was on 01.01.2024. I had not informed this to staff in advance but Maira who was guiding me to room understood from our conversations regarding our anniversary and arranged a surprise Cake for us, not only that but she made us to cut the cake, took photographs and shared with us. It was only one night but she made our day by enquiring our comfort and any issues etc., so much care taken is we both felt very happy and thanks to Maira and other staff members for doing all this.
