Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goa Candolim

My second time staying here. Great location. Staff were very attentive and always helpful. Rooms are very good: bed size, shower, all have balcony. WiFi works perfect. Special thanks to Sohan and the grill bar and Shudhankar for always keeping my room clean.

Breakfast options were good, but could be a better and became a little chaotic some mornings. The chill and grill bar start playing the same music on repeat a little too early and too loud. This was my only main issue of my stay. I would consider changing the sound for a better ambience

Delicious Breakfast and Dinner: Food was of very good quality all around. They know how to prepare awesome dosas, chicken stew, karak tea ..and their omelets are top-notch. We loved the dinner there as well that had lots of great dessert options..and their Jelabis were the best. Restaurant staffs were warm and courteous too. Special mention goes to Mr. Deepak and Mr. Roshim. Good location. Beaches are nearby. Lots of free parking spaces available. Nice and safe big pool. A decent gym. We travelled with our elderly parents and  we all enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place

Gym: Only one treadmill. When guests go to the gym as a family, one has to wait until the first person finishes the treadmill use. More cardio equipment would be beneficial.

Staff are very nice and helpful rooms are good size clean every day showers are great and English tv and flim channels Sanjay big shout out great job keeping the room spotless

Whoever took the photos of the pool must have taken it from the roof the pool is damage large places were the tiles are broken on the floor and side also no filter system I could see so the water is not clean after many people use it small children some will nappies on

The breakfast was good wide variety of choices. Hotel location was very convenient. Liked the colonial ambience. Very helpful and courteous staff. Hotel was clean and overall well maintained. Room was a good size and comfortable. I was thankful they held the room reservation when I explained my difficulty regarding my meeting their terms of payment.

The terms of payment extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient for NRI was almost made to feel like a criminal. I travel widely and was shocked that providing an international credit card as guarantee is not acceptable. Asking for first 30% upfront then 50% is ridiculous and on check in no where in the world do they take the full balance amount of room charges! You usually pay that on check-out. Guest behaviour during breakfast time could be better managed. Children permitted to run around dining area. Person on table next to us had his feet on the seat. People were using hands to pick items of the buffet. This affects hygiene and safety. Rules to enforce discipline around such habits would be appreciated.

Hospitality and we were taken care well by the hotel staff. We were getting calls from time to time if we were having a good time at the hotel or not. I had asked for bday celebrations set up in the room, which was considered as a complimentary along with a cake, which was a nice gesture. Thank you for making the wonderful arrangements before we stepped in to the room.

AC cooling in the room could have been better as we had some issues with the AC but was resolved after reporting it to the staff. It's Peak summer now in GOA, hot humid. AC cooling should be one of the priorities.

1. Staffs are the biggest asset of this hotel. Almost all of the staffs we came across (in reception, "Mosaic" restaurant, Room cleaning) are very nice / helpful / sincere in their work 2. Hotel is near to Candolim beach - 3 KM away. You can hire a car (reception helped me tie up with local agent) for local drive around. Copious Car park area inside the hotel. Security guards are very helpful while parking. 3. Breakfast Spread is excellent and a joy for vegetarians. Quality of food is superb. All the staffs are very helpful in Mosaic Restaurant 4. Swimming pool area is clean and tidy. 5. Room is big with a separate sofa. Bathroom size is quiet comfortable. 6. Daily room cleaning by HK staff is very good and he kept replenishing all consumables daily.

IT IS SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE THAT THERE IS NOTHING I HATED.

first we checked into this hotel for 7 nights, we really liked it and we checked in for another 6 nights. very nice clean hotel! We did not see a single insect in the room for 13 nights. very good kind staff, cleaned daily and very clean, lay down a lot of shampoos, gels, a lot of towels, a lot of drinking water. upon request, even at night they brought another blanket and a lamp into the room, for which many thanks to them! the main advantage of the hotel is their large clean pool, every day we swam in it for 3-5 hours. the guys who work by the pool are just great, kind and funny. the pool is cleaned and cleaned. breakfast for 13 days was boring but it was good, mostly indian food. ❤️

I had to pay in cash upon check in as the hotel was having problems paying with the unionpay card. in all other hotels and shops and cafes she was paid without any problems, but it did not work out here.

The breakfast spread was good and was tasty too and the rooms were very spacious..Special mention to Kishan from Bihar who attending us during breakfast at Mosaic restaurant- very helpful and ever smiling always ready to help…

Maybe little more effort in maintaining the cleanliness of mosaic restaurant during breakfast buffet as sometimes when we used to take seat at a table we noticed sambar/ chutney stains on the table mat as maybe the table was used before us

Hotel was clean and well maintained.

Swimming pool had too much of chemicals in the water, causing irritation in eyes for many. Probably understaffed. They could not respond well to help during check out. We had extra luggage and requested reception to send someone with a trolley. She confirmed to send and didn't send anyone. All further calls to reception for next 35 minutes were not even answered.

green, vast area, nicely done. A lot of hotel grounds to walk and enjoy the Goa weather. The staff was very helpful and go that extra mile to accommodate every need of yours. My wife and her friends were travelling. The staff accommodated an early check-in to A very nice and clean Suite (they got an upgrade 🙂) The room balcony was overlooking a nice and clean pool. Bath- all toiletries, bathtub 🛀, clean and comfy towels Bed- Nice mattress and pillows, good linen breakfast- A vast spread, a pleasant one-special Jain food request was accepted for 1 of the friends’ (thanks to Deepti) Lot of bike & car rentals are available just a little walk from hotel.

maybe the view at the back of property, but who cares about that 🙂
