Snow Valley Resort

Location was awesome. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were neat and clean. The Front office manager was ready to help out with any additional help we needed. A very welcome place. The Food was good and Mr. Vijay Sharma, hope I got the name right was very helpful when it came to any food related requirement in the restaurant and also when we asked for any room service. We landed and was quite cold given the rain and wind needed a room heater and they got this to us in a jiffy. Was not aware of the facility they do extend to our driver and when I went to check they told me it has been taken care of this was Super. Very prompt service. Great place to visit and stay.

Nothing specific. Only thing was could not enjoy sitting on the terrace and have some tea and snacks with the awesome Mountains in the background, as the weather was not conducive.

staff is very courteous from frontdesk to restaurant everyone is overwhelming. To name few - Ved Prakashiji - For any help just contact him. In restaurant - Sharmaji will keep on offering and feeding you till your stomach is fully filled. Value for Money GM of this hotel will meet you personally and will upgrade your room if there are vacant rooms available.

Everything was at par … nothing to dislike

Nice warm room good bathroom with hot shower nice bed and matrass the lookout by the panoramic window the roomsetrvice. The place is very clean with friendly helpful staff

Hotel is a bit tired but well maintained. Choice of food is mostly Indian vegetarian. I missed having a beer or so.

We booked the Presidential Suite and the size and view was top notch. The food was amazing too. The staff was very co-operative and understanding to your needs. All of Dalhousie has poor network, so the Wi-fi has a bit trouble but otherwise- The location, food, etc was superb here! Definitely visiting again :)

Since we booked the Presidential Suite, the View was as important. However, the room windows were not cleaned from the insides, so when called the housekeeping did a good job.

it was centrally located and beautiful snow hills view from room, food was nice and service was excellent and personal during breakfast and dinner. Me. Vijay Sharma in the Restaurant was having personal attention for each and every required foods served though all other staff were excellent in customer service and other hospitality during all these of stay. love this stay

Amazing place with a panoramic view of the snow capped mountains from the room. The room is very comfortable with a centralised heater to keep you warm. The hotel staff is very welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Mr. Vijay took good care of us. One of the best places to stay in Dalhousie

Customer service Tasty Food Staff courtesy Resort Location We were 6 people (3 couple) & hired 3 mountain view rooms. Everything that you look for especially when you are on the vacation and travelled so far like - Good yummy food, room privacy, safety measures, courteous staff, pleasant stay, greatest of the outside view, etc. All fit in the right bucket and hence extremely happy for the hospitality provided. Appreciate extended help from the service staff, chef for preparing yummy, quality vegetarian food. There were many incidences were the staff recommended not to go for additional tea or a dish, as it can cost you extra rather you get them into your package. I mean, such advise is rare to find in this industry. Would love to come again and recommend others as well.

There are nothing much to complaint about except few minnor things: - Room door maintenance (door lock needs repair) - TV channels availability to increase

It was a holiday plan. The property was neat and clean. Rooms were spacious with centralized heating having valley view. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Room service was quick. Food was delicious and in good quantity. Would love to visit again.

It was extremely cold in the corridors which were not heated. One very irritating thing though not a major inconvenience was that their hair dryer goes off for around 5 min after 30 sec of usage. doesn’t matter if you turn it on for 30 second at ago or break it into smaller parts

Location and view can’t be better than this. Awesome. Food was also good

Mattress, Curtains were single layer so can’t sleep after sunrise. No space for keeping luggage. WC was very unusual and tilted . No Internet and service after at least three calls. No proper cleaning of room. Staff was so untrained that they were carrying dustbin and drinking water glasses in same hand together
