Breakfast - Limited choices but has what you need. Eggs, Dosa preparations, Parathas, Fruits, Juices, Tea Coffee - all there. Staff - Thank you Kiran and Ajay who served us and took care of us. And Pradeep at check in desk.

Actually nothing. The stay was comfortable for us. And we were taken care of. One thing to note - There are two wings in the hotel. One wing has lift going up to one level and another from another level. You may see ground level of the other wing on the 2nd level of first wing. You realize it when taking the lift up to 4th level or 6th level. You have to change the lift. This is not a bad thing but one can get confused - so make a mental note when checking in.

I really appreciated staying at Best Western Mcleod Ganj, all of the staff were extremely helpful & kind. The manger welcomed us into the hotel, the chef specifically enquired about our dietary preferences, the staff ensured our stay was comfortable and even provided a fire for warmth on the roof top restaurant as we stayed in the colder months.

Nothing to not like about this comfortable, clean and well catered for environment. The Taxi takes about 15 minutes to get to the market and Dalai Lama Temple at Mcleod Ganj and the drivers were always accomodating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location, nestled along the Himalayan mountains , offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was tastefully decorated with modern amenities and boasted a breathtaking view of the mountains . The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated toiletries. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a diverse selection of dishes, each expertly prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The hotel's facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The outdoor pool overlooking the river was a highlight, especially during sunset.

Exceptional staff! Each and every person working at the hotel goes the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Most properties in this price range are the same in terms of facilities, the differentiator is the service. Here, they are excellent!

While the buffet is excellent, certain a la carte preparations could be better. Certain structural issues in public areas perhaps need repair over the long term.

Very humble and polite staff. This is one of the best hotels in Mcloadgunj if you're looking for good luxurious stay. We booked this for my birthday and the hotel made it special by offering us a complimentary cake on the occasion. Meenakahi, Kamalpreet from the restaurants were extra caring and sweet. Anlush from the front desk was a young energetic chap who was alwys there to help. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Staff super welcoming and always willing to correct any complaints. Keran and Arti in the restaurant were very attentive to our likes and dislikes. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular !

The hotel was freezing cold and we had to be supplied with a heater. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Food as we were on half board was very repetitive on a 3 day cycle only.

Lovely hotel with great facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very polite and courteous and overall superb experience. Special mention to Ankush and the front desk team for their hospitality. The room was perfect with comfy beds and good bathroom.

The hotel is a little bit far from Mcleodganj but quite easy to get taxis. So not a huge problem.

Each and every staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Special mention to Ajay at the bar and Akshay and Deepa at the reception who were really nice and helpful. Loved our Stay here

If anyone is looking to stay in the main market area this hotel might not be for you as it's near to the naddi viewpoint but we found the secluded location really good.

Beautiful location, staff extremely friendly and helpful Food is mainly Indian, very tasty and not to spicy for a westerners diet - the staff in the restaurant were lovely We used Mr Yash the taxi service through best western I can highly recommend, very careful driver, always on time and went out of his way to help

We opted this hotel for our stay in Dharamshala and stayed for 4 nights. This is a 4 start hotel and inaugurated just a month ago. Undoubtedly the cleanliness was extremely good. Every place was spotless with everything brand new. The staff especially the restaurant staff was extraordinary in their courtesy and service. Chef Tekchand jee was really very good and he even prepared fish specially for us in the dinner buffet. His and others’ humbleness and care for guests was really a great thing. Food was good. Variety a lot.Overall a very good stay. Coming to some cons for the hotel, the price tag is little high when compared to Best Western group hotels in US and room size is small compared to US. The one thing which was very disappointing was the design of the bathroom- there was absolutely no partition between wet and dry areas( even no shower curtain) , the washbasin had no platform to keep even a soap case, one had to bend over the wc to reach to towels or other toiletries.So inspite of having cool features like door unlock alarm, bathroom mirror one-touch light and an extraordinary view of the mountains from the room( it had full wall to wall glass window), there was a little disappointment because of bathroom design. Secondly we were a party of 3 adults and although it was confirmed to us that an extra cot would be provided at arrival, we were told that they have stocked out of it on the first night and we had to raise this issue unless there was no intention of providing a cot. They corrected the mistake the 2nd day though. Overall a memorable stay and special thanks to restaurant staff, specially chef Tekchand jee.
