Absolutely everything starting from polite staff to great menu option to the flexibility to extend additional support case of need. We had a incident where we had to check out next day and i had a issue where my clothes has some major haldi stain but due to the laundry timing closed, i was worried this will destroy. But i was so much surprised with the extended help provided by the staff by first bringing chemicals and then taking my clothes during off timing and getting it done within 45 min before my check out. I felt so amazed with their services. I would definitely recommend each and everyone to go blindly with booking your stay with them for a wonderful and a life time experience. Thank you so much for your lovely hospitality

None, everything was perfect

To begin with, the reception was aromatic with the most pleasing scent. The staff there was hospitable and courteous. My daughter took care of the billing and the orders. At 12, I wanted her to learn but It required patience. The staff assisted in my ambition with utmost forbearance. About the rooms. They are very well-kept. The adjoining balcony, opening to the view of majestic Dhauladhars is a site, the eyes can't take off from. The restaurant staff needs cheering as well. The food is incredible along with the presentation and fondness they feed. After having stayed with most of the known names in tourism in Himachal. This place tops the list in terms of warmth spread by the staff and their life skills.

All of it with all the people around. We came for a night but it made us extend for another day.

The breakfast was excellent. The variety of food and courteous behavior of staff made for a pleasant experience! The concierge staff - Sonya and Pooja were extremely helpful and efficient in planning out a detailed itinerary for us. Likewise, Maninder was superb while checking in! Thanks to all staff at this lovely place. 🙏🏾

I would appreciate a hand held shower in the bathroom!

The food was wonderful--some of it was a bit oily (like the puris)--however the chef and staff were open to feedback and made something different very quickly.

Some of the guests were quite loud in their use of public facilities--but I guess that is not something you can change?! Also, there needs to be more options and information on activities that are not restricted to a car/guide or a few locations.

Amazing hospitality, super delicious breakfast, hi-tea, & above all Dinner, If item is not available in buffet, u can ask & chef will prepare anything & everything specifically for u guys. Guest must try the local statewide authentic Himachal dishes food always at the dinning. We would like to thank for all the outstanding service on just a call to Chef Mr Roshan Thakur, Chef Mr Naresh, Chef Mr Ankush, Restaurant staff Mr Satishji, Mr Vishan (best for all his outstanding service) & all the rest staff members of the restaurant are just amazing with there services & who all made our breakfast & dinner more outstanding, amazing, & beautiful by there amazing services just on demand of anything, I will say that every Intern must learn Hospitality from this guys, It is for all guest to Must go place @ Fortune Park Moksha, Mcloedganj, Dharamshala. (H.P). A Calm & Decent Place with grace and grandeur. Location is lovely, with Excellent Choice of various types authentic state Cuisine with enough spread Buffet. Breakfast was very good. All your officers and staffs were indeed excellent.

Location wise it was so so. Secondly, it was indeed difficult to remember the pathway to reach out rooms by using various elevators at different building blocks having marked level 1, 2 … and level (-1), (-2) ….. etc which we felt a bit confusing.

The location of hotel is away from main town

Buffet layout for dinner had limited choices. Food preparation also can be improved. Breakfast layout is fine. The staff keeps on asking your opinion on food and whether you liked it. Room 211 I stayed had no view at all. There is another building in front of the room balcony.

Entire staff were very cooperative. Chef Naresh made some local specialized dishes for us, which were extremely delicious. Rooms were comfortable with nice views.

Renovation work was going on so during day time it was noisy.

Lovely location and airy rooms. The balcony is huge and lovely. You are amidst the lapse of mother nature Staff is soo good. I had breakfast and dinner most of the times at the hotel. Mr Shubham was very helpful with his recommendations. Also the gentleman Inder. Always smiling and kind. Lovely Pahadi hospitality Pooja the travel desk lady helped me with soo many nice side seeing recommendations The place is a short 15 min drive from McLeodganj. It's a scenic 45 min to 1 hr walk if you choose to walk I will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect

Stayed here with family for 3 full days. The location, the staff and the cleanliness was awesome. The ale carte food at lunch add dinner was fantastic. Chef Roshan Thakur and the team of waiters (Atul, Vishan, Shubham, Abhi) were excellent. The social distancing norms were followed well. Travel desk was quick to react and the driver Subhash Kapoor was professional, polite and knowledgable about the city and surrounding area. Overall, excellent, fantastic stay.
