Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata

The room was nice. Clean and tidy. Had a nice aromatic smell all around. No problem with the food either. The bathroom had both cold and hot water running so that was nice.

The air conditioning was very bad inside the room. There's no fan either. It got very hot as cold air just wouldn't come out of the central AC. There was no bathroom slippers or bathing robe.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its spacious and well-appointed rooms. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with all the necessary amenities such as flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are also said to be modern and well-maintained. Good dining options to suit all tastes, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty Indian restaurant, and a bar that serves a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. The hotel also has a range of facilities to keep guests entertained, including a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The spa offers a range of treatments and massages that are designed to relax and rejuvenate the body and mind.

Everything on places.

The location, the service and the overall stay was lovely. The staff was cordial and friendly. Would like to mention Sabrina who not only helped with the check-in but was informative on the places to visit and to eat. it was a perfect trip.

The breakfast was medicore. It had basic options and the sad part was the breakfast had no bengali cusine. No sweets, no savoury item. Also, it was same everyday. The hotel should look at this problem. It gets boring if you stay for more than 2 days.

Stay was very much comfortable. So well behaved staffs with a warm welcome, and provide welcome drik upon checkin was pleased us. Room was well maintain with all the required amenities. Food taste was very good. Special mention few of the staffs - Sunanda, Suman, Aman, they are really well done towards the customer service. Visit again soon. 😊

I being staying from 4day night the stay was fantastic and specially the reception staff were very warm and welcoming I would also like to mention some of the names such as sweta shilajit and aman they did a marvelous job I just wanted to people know how good services these people provide you. Thank you so much guys keep up the good work. Surely looking for a round trip back to pride plaza

The hotel staffs were very nice and courteous, The food was also very Delicious. The property is situated in a good and posh locality with easy connectivity with other prominent places and the Welcome desk staff Sunanda was very helpful, She helped us in completing our formalities quickly and also took care of our other requirements during out entire stay. Had a very pleasant stay

Outstanding stay at Pride Plaza very happy to stay here food was ausumn interior of the rooms were very beautiful housekeeping staffs were very helpful. Front Office staffs were very cooperative and Riya from reception took very good care of me during my entire stay. Would definitely come back here again.

The spread of the menu. good staff with pleasing manners. the hotel is well placed, however, some more sign boards could do good. since it is off the highway, there are good possibilities that the property may be missed

The hotel is slightly overpriced. there could be a rationalization of the prices. further, breakfast should be ready by 7. the time is taken to get the breakfast is pretty late. this can be improved.

Very good stay at Pride Plaza.We enjoyed our entire stay. The rooms are beautifully designed and the location from airport is easily accesiable . The staffs are extremely good and Ms. Sunanda is very good she is very helpful.Would definitely come back to Pride Plaza only.

The hotel Pride Plaza is located in a very convenient location. The hotel is really wonderful. Food is ausumn here.Housekeeping staffs gives very good service. The Front Desk staffs are really very helpful and during our stay Somnath from Front Desk helped us a lot. Thanks a lot to Pride Plaza.
