Hyatt Regency Lucknow Gomti Nagar

The cleanliness and comfort offered by Hyatt was excellent. The rooms are well kept and clean and our housekeeping staff Ravi ensured our room was done up and well stocked daily. The front desk was extremely helpful and made check in process easy. Special mention to Kamil for helping us and giving us a higher floor room as well. The views were very nice from the room. Location wise it is situated in a nice part of town and not too far away from local tourist attractions and eateries and shopping. This made it very convenient for us. And their checkout policy still stays the same! - check-in 12pm Check-out 2pm unlike many other hotels that have made the gap much more!

I don't like the spring mattress which is being used in hotel rooms, me and my husband had pain in the entire body everyday we wake up in the morning. Orthopedic mattress or hard mattress should be used in the rooms or we should have the option to choose from Orthopedic/Spring mattress. It's difficult for us to travel with our parents because of these issues.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was very good and prompt. The staff was very aware of how to handle customer requests with a smile.

The property needs upgrades in terms of the carpets, upholstery and furniture. The corridors have a dusty/rusty smell and hence needs replacement. I was surprised to see an ashtray and match box in the room whereas I had not requested for a smoking room. The storage space is limited for large suitcases and the toilet design was not very convenient.

The property was in good location staff were so good all helpful . The shower water was coming into the separate toilet should be sealed properly also shower should have bath mat . The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a chaos fruit was not refilled etc a big demand on fresh juices so chef was undated need to have more staff during busy period .. So was not up to 5star standard . Again all staff were so polite and good . Over Demanding customers but that is Indians We enjoyed our stay

The location can somewhat be better if it is situated closer to a place like Hazratganj where most of the activity takes place in Lucknow. However, the rest of the experience was quite commendable. I would like to especially mention the name of two members of your staff. Firstly, Vaishnavi from the front desk, with whom I coordinated before reaching the hotel, she assured me of all assistance during the assistance. Secondly, I would like to mention Saloni from the front desk, who was extremely cordial with me during the whole say and provided me with the required assistance with a smile on her face. There was another staff member who provided me with the room service, unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was also very professional and cooperative in her services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to all the local attractions and great restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious and fresh food. Overall, I had an exceptional stay at Hyatt Regency, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Lucknow. Ambience Food Cleanness

very beautiful place and very cooperative staff. I would like to mention a person whose name was Faiz, he came for in room dining food delivery. He was a very nice guy. Since we were not aware of a lot of things he helped us to understand without judging. He answered to stupid questions with a nice smile and made us understand things very easily. he also suggested a few dining options which were really good. I was really happy with his services and would give 5/5 stars for his good work.

The breakfast, overall room comfort and property location.

Despite the advance booking for 2 rooms, the reservation was not held for a close by room. They allocated us one room on the 5th floor and another one on the 2nd floor. Also had asked for Non-Smoking rooms, yet their 5th Floor is partially smoking floor and had odour of cigarettes all the while in the hallway. It was difficult to traverse the hallway due to strong odour.

This is my first time trying out the HYATT REGENCY group. I was not disappointed at all. I remember my first day of arrival very well. I had an argument will the hotel nanager of another company in lucknow. The company/hotel was charging 20,000 for 1 weeks stay. The bathroom was extremely dirty, so I told him(manager) that I'm not paying 20,000 for an unhygienic dirty bathroom. He showed me another 3 rooms. Which were the same or worse. SO, I refused to checkin. I then used the hotels WiFi to book another hotel via Booking.com. At the time i was extremely hot & flustered and read the reviews for hyatt and made my booking for a week. I was now on the main road, with my 3 suitcases & laptop bag, outside the hotel, looking for a taxi to get me to Hyatt. At the time , it was a heatwave of 41 degrees and being a foreigner I stood outside in this heat for about 15 minutes before an auto rickshaw passed by I flagged him down and then made him take me to Hyatt. On my arrival , I was sweating profusely and greeted by security who I had advised that I had a booking,. The security staff acted promptly notifying the front desk and sending a porter to help load my luggage and take me inside. The time was about 4pm. The relief of the Air conditioning really helped me. I was then approached by Abhishek who took over the checkin. He sat me down at the lobby sofas and proceeded to do my checkin. By the time I arrived at the hotel, my laptop & 2 phones, batteries had died. Not being able to access the booking, Abhishek could not find my booking in the system being because it was a fresh booking. I was still after 15 minutes I was still sweating profusely in the lobby and I was not really in control of my senses. Abhishek, proposed for me to be sent upstairs to sit and calm down in the bar upstairs on Level 1. After escorting me there.

great location, friendly staff, breakfast menu was slow as i waited for few items for long to reach me, clean rooms, i asked for a city view room which i was first told was available and was later denied at the reception. room size is a bit small for the prices asked.

supplies at the breakfast should be more smooth, i expect the people at the front office to be more responsive and friendly.
