I stayed here for 3 weeks so I would like to think i got very familiar with the location. Let's start there; the location is great right next to the M-Block Market which was very convenient. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I want to mention that in the mornin staff, Mr. Ishwar does an excellent job taking care of all our needs and is very welcoming. At the night Mr. Ifran, took really good care of us, he always helped with translating and assisted us with any questions we had. He even went above and beyond in making sure we always found the best options for our transportation to different locations. Will definitely stay here again, but I still recommend that the housekeeping is upgraded to the same standard as the service.

As much as we loved staying at Bloom my only issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. Staying for 3 weeks I had to always remind the front desk of cleaning my room because multiple times I returned to my room not being cleaned even after saying so. Secondly the bathrooms have issue with the seals on the glass shower doors, if the water rises to bit it floods the whole bathroom and makes for a mess. So please consider updating the way rooms are cleaned and maintained and I am sure Bloom will be the number one place anyone will stay in this location. Again thank you for a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at his hotel. The room was bigger than expected, it was clean and I had plenty of room to put my big luggage. The blockout curtains are amazing. AC works very well. The hotel feels fairly quiet. This area of Delhi seems quieter and cleaner than other parts. Staff were respectful. I could leave my big luggage after check out for a few days which was very convenient.

Bathrooms are on the smaller size. Need more bathroom rugs due to water spilling easily everywhere. I don't know if value for money is here but I would stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel three times and would do so again. My rooms were quite spacious, the Owl coffee sachets were great and the shower water beautifully hot. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food to choose from. Some staff members went out of their way to make my stay special, including arranging a birthday cake for me (as it was my birthday the day after I arrived) 🙂

On my first arrival, after a long flight from Australia, my room wasn't available- not good when it's 8pm and there was no guarantee when it would be available. Also, an outdoor seating area would be a nice addition to the hotel.

-Very nice stuff, specially the security guy, who took care of the Tv, at it didn't worked at the beginning. He also never ask for money, also the other stuff, very good behaviour!!! —the suite was big enough, and clean, bathroom could be at some parts cleaner, but all in all it was good. - breakfast was OK, as they could use brown bread instead of white bread - for that what you get, I think the price should not be over 4500,-. - I still would come back, just because of the stuff

-no Netflix, as the browser of the tv was to slow and needed to be updated - not much international channel - why cooking plates, if you can't use them? As there are no utilities to use, even to heat up some leftovers

Hotel is recently built or renovated and kept in a good condition. Hotel reception staff was most helpful, they would sort out any problem occured. They helped us arange a guide, they also helped us with a travel to train station, or any other question we had. It is a good hotel to stay at, view from the restaurant is excellent. Food served at the breakfast was excellent quality. I love Indian food and i enjoyed it very much, you could tell that its prepared up to a highest standart.

The only thing i missed is a strong coffee at breakfast that we are used to in Europe.

Great staff, very clean, spacious and nice room exactly like on the pictures. Super comfortable beds (a bit short, but wide). It was really very good and I couldn't recommend it more. The cons I mention below are really minor things to improve, overall it was flawless. When looking for a stay outside of busy area, you should consider this. You can take cheap Uber rickshaws everywhere from here anyways.

Quite loud AC with no adjustments. Bathroom floor was all wet after taking a shower (even when used carefully).

Our first hotel after arrival. Spacious suite. Good design. Good beds. Around the corner a central area of the neighborhood with some nice cafes and shops. The neighborhood is good and not crazy far from the airport so perfect for us as we were leaving next day. We had a nice welcome and could check in a few hours earlier.

Some maintenance left and right, things are done but not in a very neat way / some finishing touches there in the shower/bathroom and the public areas for example.

Noisy reception staff arguing and loud. The first floor rooms just above was not a quiet place. I asked for water refill through app. I was told to refill my bottle in water cooler. . But there was none on the first floor Wish there was one so I could save my two bits of plastic bottles

Great hotel, good sized room and great staff. I stayed in this hotel twice, 3 nights each time. Its definitely worth the price. I would prefer to go back to this place instead of any other hotel.

Overall it was a great place. No complaints for sure. Even better than any other hotels in the neighborhood.

The rooms are very wisely designed keeping in mind both aesthetics and comfort. It had all the facilities I was looking for . The room size is ideal and I didn't feel cramped for space. Bathroom is clean and well maintained.

Nothing in particular
