The staff were so friendly and accomodating they helped me organise a taxi service to and from the airport and had reception 24/7 if there were any issues throughout the night
The property wasn't the cleanest and we weren't aware that we had to pay for breakfast or that breakfast was even served until we walked down and had some food and then we got the final bill and we had to pay for breakfast which was fine but would've been good to know before

Staff was very nice. Parking had no hassle. Location is great. Rooms need a little work but they are amazing comfort wise. Big rooms with couch and study table.
The room had broken toilet seat which was uncomfortable. Towels had a pungent smell one day. TV wasn't working at all. WiFi was so bad that it refused to connect half the time. When requested for LAN connection, I was told that it wasn't available either.

It looks that it was a good hotel in the past, but there has not been good maintenance in long time. There was no proper water during the whole stay, very low flow and there was not hot water either. there was a continous rattled sound from AC that the bathroom was echoing and vibrating, very annoying feeling.

useless untidy staff not all corporative. reception destination guy ready to fight on small things. they refused to give two keys. key was not working and they charged me 500 to give duplicate Key.I had booked for further 4 more nights but after there service and wrong hospitality policies I cancelled my booking. It took 4 days to get back my refund. they won’t pick phone or call back. i had to send my personal man to get back my refund. without any food order I was charged just for water. Beds towels and Linens were dirty. I strongly suggest booking. com travelers to never book this property rather I request booking. com to di list this property. my worst stay experience in my entire travel life.

The property was in very poor condition, hot water didn’t work, bathroom exhaust didn’t work. The hygiene was very poor. Breakfast was terrible. The hotel charged additional cost which wasn’t communicated at the start of the stay.

dirty room, bathroom smells very bad, the staff at night is horrible, receptionist was drunk on duty, the whole vibe is shady and unsafe. the day staff and receptionist was however much better and good
