Great location for work access to Magarpatta City and plenty of food options right next door to the hotel. Large local street food stalls and mini supermarket for any shopping. staff were very polite and professional and helpful. Big room space.

The shower facilty was not great and was spraying out water through the cubicle, causing water to flow out into the bathroom area. I did manage to get room changed upon request. There should be some plates or utensils provided in the kithenette area if guests want to use this facility for food to be eaten in the space provided.

I have been here several times and really like the location and service. The restaurant is good with excellent service. Rooms are adequately provided with bottled water and kettle for making tea.

I have also been complaining about the quality of the mattress in the room several times. The Mangement does not seem to be bothered about this. One would be lucky if he wakes up without a back pain. I had to sleep perpendicular to the bed , to catch some sleep. The hard bed they provide is nothing but a plank of wood. It would be disappointing for me to shift from this hotel, because of the Mattress.

The room was like coming home to an apartment, plenty of space.and a balcony to enjoy the view. .there was plenty of choice for the breakfast with friendly helpful staff.

There was a smell coming from the a/c so I switched it off..

The hotel is a good 3 stars hotel even for Spanish and European standards. Good hotel for work. Big rooms. And it is in Magarpatta city, a nice city quarter with less noice and more walking areas than the rest of Pune.

The wifi system they use is absolute crazy and very inconvenient. It is necessary to insert, again and again, an Indian mobile number and a code. I've never seen that in a hotel. Definitely they should change that, and I would have rated the hotel with a 9, instead of an 8.

I loved the Look and feel of the Hotel, especially the telephone from the Retro look grabs much attention. The cleanliness is good and the hotel staff are free to contact and approach. 24/7 customer service is available which is a good thing to appreciate.

There's no washing machine for the minimal purpose to serve. Also I've expected a oven which is also missing. If they have added these two things as well, the guest would be pretty much satisfied. Also, the Wi-Fi could have been improved with direct Wi-Fi rather than the voucher codes.

Rooms are very spacious and quite luxurious so it's ideal for working as well. Their restaurant food is very delicious at a reasonable price.😋 Highly recommended hotel to stay if you are looking for accommodation nearby magarpatta city

Visiting policy for guests is unacceptable as they don't even allow us to invite people during daylight by taking their valid id

Inflexible policies with respect to date change. Gave an impression that the management does not respect relationship building with customers. I believe there is ample room for improvement in this area.

Hotel management is very bad behavior for on-line booked customers I have given my cars details while booking but they wanted advance payment which was not told during check in but after reaching to room Also staff demanded all food bills at the time of eating which was very embarrassing They fill online customers are living free of cost Attitude towards online hotel bookings is really pathetic Need to make some legal actions on hotels because they enjoy the benefits but don't respect customers when they don't need
