Lemon Tree Premier City Center Pune

Excellent location, clean rooms and food breakfast and dinner buffet was fresh and good spread. The menu was changing every day and superb taste. Ideal location and safe for family and child. Staff at hotel like front desk reception, citrus restaurant and security were always smiling and ready to greet ans serve you. Special shout out to sanjay, pallavi, ankita, prashanth and security also Even when i requested for extension, they supported with good price all inclusive. Location is good and easy to go for all major areas around city and neat and clean hotel. You feel at home. Comfortable and clean beds and washrooms.

Perhaps some juices/drinks included in dinner buffet as part of buffet package. Room size could have been little bigger.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Very humble and welcoming right from the entry. Reception was very kind to adjust to my check in. Restaurant staff for breakfast buffet were very service oriented. Harshada in particular was very helpful.She catered to every request. Also Aarti too was quick in her service. Food was excellent. Very fresh and was very impressed that the chef was going around each table to make sure everyone got what they wanted. Will surely come again. Housekeeping too were very efficient. Pool n gym were maintained n clean.

Fresh and clean looking out side, friendly & polite staff at reception. Infact all the staff seemed happy and pleasant . We would defiantly come back to the Lemon Tree 🤗 Everyone has a smile and went the extra mile to help The staff here did everything they could to make us welcome, so thank you.

Good central location near to the city centre and major tourist attractions , neat and clean very professional and courteous staff

Just one room key , would have like to have two keys one for me and other for my wife Did ask for it but it is not in hotel policy

Only the tea was too creamy n milky…. India is well known n famous for its TEA esp Masala tea. Your hotel’s tea was tooooo much creamy milk— evaporated milk n less taste f tea. It was like drinking evaporated milk in a cup. Pls do improve on the quality n tea of the tea in Lemon tree hotel. Please. Thanks

I wanted to check in early but the staff on front desk Sumedha was not at all ready to give me a room. Had an early morning flight, I was so tired and waiting for him to giv me the room...after asking so much I received one. Even I sent request twice for early check in .. but he denied.. he was very rude.. never expected such services from lemon tree chain. Worst staff

Very comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms and very clean. Swimming pool is also nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide range of tastes.

internet is ok but limited to two devices.

Hotel is nice and at prime location in Pune. Cleanliness and service is top class. A bit expensive. Breakfast menu and variety is excellent. Beds are comfy.

Only thing I want to mention is that for the visitors car parking is at basement and there is no direct entry by lift to the reception area. You have to come all the way out of the basement by walk and enter into reception area. Need a direct access.

I had to place calls atleast thrice to the front desk to get my requests or the services I asked for. We could easily hear other guests in the neighbouring rooms which was a little uncomfortable. Hot water wasn't provided in the evening hours. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory yet it could be made better if there were more variety of English counters, fruits etc.

new hotel, pleasant staff, lovely location, free parking. its a budget hotel so very pleasant for such a low price. good breakfast. smooth check in and check out

the room lighting. There was no light over the large room mirror. focussed ceiling lights cast shadows. There was no charging point near the mirror for hair iron. magnifying glass had no light above it so could not see clearly
