ibis Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brand

I recently stayed at the Hotel during my business travel in February 2023 and had a fantastic experience. The rooms and washrooms were immaculately clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. The hotel's location near the Phoenix mall, the biggest mall in Pune, and its proximity to the airport were both very convenient. In addition, there was a delicious and spicy street food lane just a short distance away. The decoration of the hotel was extraordinary and the vibrant colors throughout the hotel brought a smile to my face. While the food could use some additional attention from the chef, the most amazing thing about the hotel was their commitment to using recyclable products, packaging, and even cutlery. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel IBIS Pune for anyone traveling to Pune. The cleanliness, convenient location, and eco-friendly practices make it a great choice. I will certainly be choosing this hotel for my future trips to Pune."

The food needs some extra care and the WIFI was not stable on the first day.

Excellent staff who are responsive to your requests. Polite and professional.

For those who have seen student University accommodation in western countries this would be a reminder of those accommodations. Modular WC/shower etc. The room service out of hours is very limited despite claims of 24 hours in room dining. The bar has limited selection of drinks. If you can pay another 1000 INR per night then you would be better off in Novotel etc nearby.

Ibis viman Nagar Pune is good property for business stay. Staff is motivated and very conscious about residents' comfort. Food quality is good. Breakfast spread is great. Centrally located.. overall a pleasing experience.

Staff in the restaurant is very motivated and tries best to meet customer requirements..but restaurant needs to augment staff during rush hour. Corridor carpets smell is annoying sometimes. Ibis needs to provide luggage stools as senior citizens need that.

Neat hotel . The property is well maintained. The room was well designed and comfortable. I liked that it was quiet despite being on a busy road. The food quality in the in-room dining was excellent. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel. This experience makes me confident to explore Ibis hotels at other locations where I travel to.

The buffet breakfast spread and quality could do with improvement. It wasn't bad though. It could be improved upon.

Breakfast was good, the dining tabel should be provided with water,tumblers and napkins. Wash basin ins not provided and we need to go out to wash. Attenders should furnish and revamp immediately if any thing is out of stock. No monitoring is done at break fast venue. Or other wise the food is good.

The rooms are very clean, however ventilation is not good enough therefore smell exist in the rooms and the corridors. I expect using perfumers with nice smell could help. It took me 2 days to cope with the perfume used in the hotel

Cleanliness, small changes like outdoor seating enhanced, care in ensuring better room/ bathroom faciltiies.

While the food was good (did not have the breakfast as i never liked the quality, so no comments on that), the prices can be reduced given the quantity and inhouse guests.

Room was good , cozy. Service at restaurant was good. Preparations were good.

Breakfast was nominal as guests that day were few , next day as guests increased breakfast was good with a lot of options. Each guest should be given importance.

The room and the property was very neat and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. There is no dental and shaving kit provided in the room. Maybe you can avail on request. It has it's own ample of parking space.

The washroom is a little small the usual. Though it is not uncomfortable but a little bigger would be cherry on the cake.

I travelled alone for work and Ibis was the best fit for my requirement. Room service by Deepak was amazing. He provided whatever I wanted and was very helpful. On first day when i came back from office saw some fruits and snacks on the table which was so impressive. Overall it was nice stay and best for working professional like me.

Breakfast was OK OK and repeated.
