Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

Without question this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every single member of staff is exceptional when it comes to service delivery and personal attention. For me it all comes down to the leadership shown by GM Saurabh Dube. Whether its the Head Chef Ritesh personally ensuring you are getting everything you want food wise throughout your stay; Chef Krishna in the absolutely fantastic new Nuvo Restaurant preparing a menu specifically designed for you that will surpass your expectations; Rinn and Siddhi in the lobby café taking care of you between meetings, or Swapnali and Khan at the roof restaurant preparing delicious local fare as you take in the pool and view, you will want for nothing at this hotel and will judge others of the standards that it sets. This is why we keep coming back every time we are in Pune.

We were unable to stay longer!

The hotel is very beautiful, superb design, clean, the staff are amazing and very understanding of all our questions and concerns. The attention to detail in this hotel is seen everywhere, and the hospitality is unparalleled. The breakfast was excellent, with so many options to choose from and order, with both cold foods and hot foods. Every day we had something new. I liked the dosas, the tea, my son had a specially made Mickey Mouse pancake, and I appreciated the home made pastries which were much better than what I can usually buy from high-end coffee shops. The rooftop terrace (with restaurant) is such a beautiful oasis, and during the day the rooftop pool is open for kids and hotel customers. My son has many teddies/soft toys with him and every day the cleaning staff was arranging them so nicely on the bed. Beautiful hotel and fantastic hospitality. It was above and beyond what I was expecting, seriously one of the best!

The overall experience was great. This was my first ever trip with my family for any destination. The staff food services were all beyond my expectation. Round the clock they are there for you. Attitude handling kids was awsome. On top of it food was great chef varis was great with his hands. For us it seems like the destination was sheraton and not pune. Great experience worth being there second time also.

The didnt like things are none for me coz the staff cooperates when the situation demands and my son 5 year old got sick and the staff helped me with docs hospital ride every thing and that too complementary. So for me nothing was dislikable it was al great experience.

The staff at the restaurant. Because after staying for 2 days and at the time of leaving on 19/12 our family visited the restaurant. We requested for few sweets to be packed and give to us, but that was not given. Also whenever we visited the restaurants we had to every time request for drinking water to be served. Drinking water should be served the moment guests enter the restaurant which is the Indian culture.

Grand decor! Polite staff and good food.

Breakfast though good with a nice spread was totally mismanaged. Didn’t get a place to sit so they put us in another room which didn’t have cutlery, staff or food. Felt like we were sitting in a make shift canteen and not a 5 star hotel breakfast buffet. The staff was trying to do their best but they were so understaffed that even they were helpless.

The facilities and hospitality of the staff upkeeps the Marriott Brand Name. The room was spacious and room service was quick and efficient. The food variety and quality was exceptional, even my children who are generally fussy eaters loved the food. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Overall, very satisfied with the experience. I know where to go when I visit the city next time.

Can't find a fault at the moment.

Friendly front office staff. Very kids friendly. Superb buffet spread. Location close to city centre. Ample parking.helpful restaurant staff.

Property is bit dated. Rooms need renovation. Corridors narrow and could be a safety issue. Near ess to Pune Junction railway station makes the location messy and crowded. Service staff need to look more tidy. Room service person was wearing shabby dress. Also the house keeping staff didn't look very friendly and happy to help.New Year packages were very costly.

Excellent location, very good breakfast Overall hotel is pretty good

Some of the rooms, especially 7th floor are bit dusty Swiming pool shower rooms need improvement, doors were not closing properly for both ladies & gents side. Body Wash/ soap was not replenished In room too, after housekeeping Tea/ coffee were not replenished

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand for three nights and it was fanstastic. All staff were so helpful and kind. My room was large, bed was extremely comfortable and everywhere was clean. However the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Specifically, Pritti and Abolee were extra special in how they treat all the customers. I will return again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is perfect.

This place looks great, like a palace. Welcoming staff even late night. Breakfast is very good with lots of varieties.

No one to accompany us to our room on check in to show us around. Amenities such as moisturiser, shower cap not available in room. We constantly needed to request for cutlery as they were not replaced on tables.
