JW Marriott Pune

I have stayed at many Marriott properties as a Bonvoy member. This one is one of the best ones for its customer-centric experience. Located in the heart of Pune City instead of the outskirts, this is the only 5-star hotel with a true 5-star experience-- rooms, restaurants, and attention to detail. Our floor manager, Mahesh, was very attentive and sensitive to our needs. Satyam was our housekeeping staff member--he kept the room sparkling clean and added his personal touch by creating cure towel art daily. We dined at the spice kitchen, and they were extremely attentive, too. Food's always good at Marriott. The Chef at Spice Kitchen, Burralal (not sure about the spelling), himself, stopped by our table during one of our lunches, specifically asking us for feedback. Sunday brunch at Spice Kitchen is an experience not to be missed. Live music/singing, hand tricks magician who goes table to table entertaining people with awesome tricks! It truly entertained our group. Overall, our stay was made pleasant by the people here--100% points for that. looking forward to our stay next year.

Nothing specific, but for reasons of safety-- I felt that the bathroom floors are a bit slippery--if elderly people live here, they should be careful. No need to wear slippers inside the bathroom.

An Anniversary celebration to remember! We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel that left a lasting impression on us. From the excellent food to the warm hospitality, everything about our stay was top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. One of the standout features of our stay was the food. The chefs at this hotel are truly outstanding. Chef Bhuralal created some of the most delicious meals we have ever tasted. Chef Anil Duvvi made sure that breakfast experience was also amazing. We were also impressed by the service provided by Aryan, Pratik, Mayur, Mayank, Prema, and Kangkang. They were all attentive, friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant manager, Mr. Abhishek, deserves a special mention. He went out of his way to make sure that our dining experience was perfect. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that all of our requests were taken care of promptly. The kitchen staff helped us celebrate by offering a beautifully plated Mousse cake with their wishes after every meal. The housekeeping staff, Prasad and Aditya, also did a fabulous job. They decorated our room beautifully, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Last but not the least, I would like to thank Ms. Jazzlyn from guest relations for making all the arrangements for us. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience. The food, hospitality, and service were all exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway. Thank you to all the staff for making our anniversary celebration so special.

Beautiful hotel, the rooftop restaurant is excellent, the spectacular view from there is exceptional. All the other things were very good and I was sorry that only spent two days here. Breakfast offers are wide, there are more restaurants in the hotel, swimming pool and other recreational facilities are also 5 star. And the view from the room (23rd floor) was also beautiful. Executive lounges and meeting rooms are also available for business purposes. That staff is also friendly and helpful. The best hotel in Pune!

This is the third time I am staying at the property and it was a great stay. Special mention to Tanmay at the executive lounge, Abhishek, Komal, Mayur and Yash at Spice Kitchen, Chef Bhuralal and Junior Sous chef Sathya who made the stay for my wife and son very comfortable.

The play area for children on the second floor could be made to incorporate more activities for children. Tao Fu failed to meet expectations even though the service was good. Less salt in the food would be a good start.

One the Day of visit when I called at hotel front desk to make a request i was been informed by a staff that their is no booking with my name I might need to visit hotel for confirmation which was really shocking for me because just one day before i had email conversation with the staff(Mrs.Annam) for room preference and on day of visit no booking with my name.I was upset because I have to leave my work need to visit hotel and on reaching i was informed that my booking is their so it was really time consuming and hectic.But i took it as technical error.But i would like to make special mention that Mrs.Preeti Gokhale( j.w marriot staff) when she got to know about this she took this matter into consideration and assured that it will not be happening again as well as apologize for the same and out of the box she even arranged wonderful sweets which made really feel special as well as made continuous follow up till she was sure that we are satisfied with the service.Also at the time of checkout she made sure that we are completely satisfied with the service provided.This kind of gesture is highly expected and Mrs.Preeti Gokhale is good example of it.Her efforts are highly appreciated.Rest Hotel experience was excellent and enjoyed the stay.

The location is excellent and so is the ambience. Wide variety of food and excellent by all means catering to every need.

I think you need more space to accommodate the guests there as there will be que of people waiting to get in. Some staff needs to be trained well to talk to the guests as I found them not willing to help and a bit rude. Some staff were extremely helpful. Expect everyone to be one page.

Almost everything. This was our third or fourth trip and it has always been amazing. The rooms, the service, everything is always up to the mark. We left with a happy heart. 😊

A slight discomfort in the experience was by Shantanu, probably a FOE whose behaviour was very unlikely to that of an employee in a 5 star property like J W Marriot. Hospitality industry is all about experience and courteousness to the guests who are paying to relax and refresh their minds. And my experience and mood was spoilt over a small thing like one single printout which I was made to wait for, for an hour and later denied and unfortunately I was unable to get it from outside as I was unwell.

Breakfast: Terrific with great restaurant staff All the hotel staff work with synergy to make your experience wonderful. Definitely a Hotel that you should experience. This hotel have let me experience what is 5 Star Hotel service

very comfortable, all clean and safe, staff was mostly very kind

no hangers in bathroom to put your towel; some staff were a bit lazy or maybe wasn’t just looking around enough to clean and bring towels at the pool.

Staff were extremely polite and well organized. special thanks to Meghraj. He was extra ordinary in assisting with room booking, airport pick up and drop etc. Employees like him is an asset to an organisation.
