The location was so good.. There's a kind of peace and privacy.. Good Rooms, Nice aesthetic view.. Serene
The staff at the reception were really good, polite and humble but what happened was whenever we asked for something like tea coffee sugar or like towel and any other things.. They were not responding.. After calling for three times no one turned up.. May be there was lack of staff.. Felt bad about it.. Otherwise everything was perfect.. Just loved the stay..

A very spacious and airy resort. There is a problem with hot water (hot water comes but is lukewarm) which cannot be done in cold.
We personally liked the openness and the swimming pool and the quietness of the place. However, you may hear train sounds during day time.

Very Good and lush green lawn and garden. Clean swimming pool. Easy access to city and other places from the resort. Away from city noice so you can enjoy the nature and keep your self in natural peace.
We believe they should increase the staff numbers. We have to request literally many times if needed something, even for room service and room cleaning.

The property had kept our rooms ready by the time we reached. The front desk executives Hema and Mahendra were extremely co-operative. They also provided us with room upgrades when requested. The property is really great; it is peaceful and has all the facilities one requires for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, 10/10 for all.

Our experience was very good with the property,we couldnt go on the booked dates due to the “Bharat Bandh” situation. I had a word with Mr.Nikhil Singh , he helped out by re scehduling my booking. While we arrived he made us a quick arrangement of Room infact upgraded us to a superior room so that we did not have to wait longer and helped us get a rich experience. The Kadhai Chicken from the restaurant there is a must try, we loved it😋😋 Thank You for having us!
