Hyatt Place Vadodara

Room was kept clean and house keeping very helpful especially Mr Ravindra he really took care of our room and requirements

Breakfast service was very very poor every one was pretending to be busy, tables were dirty, teas/coffees would take ages to be served, very rude kitchen staff who was not ready to refill food at 1030 am despite breakfast being available till 11am..just to mention a few issues. However, Ms. Preeti was always helpful enough to find us a table whenever we found her on duty during our 10days stay..we actually avoided going to breakfast after the first few days and opted to order room service

To all out there looking for a hotel in Vadodara. It was my first time Vadodara and I decided to Book at the Hyatt Place. We had 2 rooms - One for an elderly (my father) and another for my family of 3 (Wife and Kid of 8 years). I would like to tell everyone out there that Hyatt Place Staff (and I mean absolutely everyone) went beyond their means to make our 10 day stay at the hotel absolutely comfortable. The Dinning Experience was absolutely fabulous and you will be surprised with the variety of cuisines available albeit Breakfast or Dinner. Absolutely delicious. Room service is available 24 hours too. And the service was far far above my expectations. The swimming pool is refreshing and the steam room was exceptional. I would like to thank all the Receptions staff who assisted us in all our requirements including print outs, cab assistance and all. I would like to mention Soheil for helping us out on various occasions especially making it to the Ahmedabad airport on time. This location is absolutely fabulous and you can get into Alkapuri or anywhere in Vadodara quite easily. I frequented to Mandvi from the Hotel for a little work and also frequented to Inorbit Mall and Alkapuri with easy but was happy to be away from there in the evenings. Look no further then Hyatt Place if you are planning a stay in Vadodara. I for one and my family will absolutely will be choosing to stay at the Hyatt Place when we return to India.

Cleanliness is good, food was good. My reservation had dinner included, so i went in restaurant and asked the serving gentleman about dinner options. He said i can have ala carte or buffet. I opted for Ala carte, without knowing that included dinner was only buffet. But the gentleman at checkout accepted this a communication lapse and waived off food bill. Appreciate the gesture.

No walkway along the car ramp as you approach reception area from roadside. Also, they ask lot of documents and personal details when checking in., including a headshot photo. They should understand that people don't want to give away their personal information into public domain and the information asked shall be kept to minimum.

The Hotel food is beyond our expectations and we were stunned by the service provided whilst having any of your meals. The staff at the hotel assist you for absolutely everything you require. I will be staying at this hotel for all my future visits.

We enjoyed the meals, the smiling and always happy to assist staff, cleanliness, live cricket matches during the World Cup. My child loved the staff and the swimming pool and ice cream parlour kept him happy.

i liked everything about the property, starting from the location as it’s located next to a mall but mall is not all that great only few stores and McDonald’s. wanna thank few people from the property who made my 4nights stay very comfortable n happy starting from front office client offer (Rishab Kaul) who was the 1st person that I interacted with and he made sure my stay there was amazing and he made it good. (Vitthal, and Sohail) again from the front office we’re good in letting me know the best local places where I can visit and have local food. from the restaurant the manager ( Prashant ) was very helpful suggesting me the local food specially the mutton Nalli Nihari was fabulous n tasty thanks to that, and ( Bobby n Rajat ) made it even more special by offering a cake for send off and the guy in the lobby coffee shop made amazing coffee forgot to mention his name who’s in the morning shift and the room cleaning guy (Siddharth ) did a good job by making my room always when I step out. all in all had a wonderful stay here and special thanks to (Rishab Kaul)

i felt the swimming pool should have been cleaned in a better way..

Too much spacious room which equipped with smart tv which has Netflix and all other app in it, staff is also very co operative, Room service is super quick, nice location

Their maintenance staff is lier specialy plumbing team, my room's shower was not working so i complained and plumbing team said its done, but it was same what i complained for

Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Decent value for money. Room service was great. Staff were all very kind and accomodating. Other Hyatt hotels should take note.

Lifts could be slightly slow, but we were there during the busy wedding season so that’s probably why.

The staff, the cleanliness, the buffet.

they overcharged me for a complete night including diner and breakfast for a early checking. I had to complain and explain why they can not, after all of this they did right but still a complete night for that.

Housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were good sized and clean. Well maintained and it looks new.

Not very welcoming staff at the front desk or at the restaurant. Proactive hospitality was missing. Mini bar was empty. Food was extremely expensive though no complaints on quality.

The staff was excellent. From the housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone we met was extremely efficient with a smile on their face. Special shout out to Dwanil, Pooja and Akash from restaurant. Also, I travelled with an infant who is just starting to explore things. The fact that the room was so child friendly, was a cherry on top.
